Priscilla has now been promoted to Sous Chef and the issue appears to be more serious than I thought. The tooltip for Sous Chef tells me that she is now level 10, instead of level 8. More significantly, I received the Up A Notch achievement for having a Sim reach max level in the Culinary career. However, the tool tip also says:
- Next promotion: Executive Chef
Obviously, Sous Chef can't be the max level of the Culinary career when there are more promotions to come.
