Priscilla has now completed the Chef career. The tooltips showed Executive Chef as job level 11 and Celebrity Chef as job level 12. (They should be levels 9 and 10.) I wasn't tracking the job levels below Pastry Chef, so it might be a good idea to double check those as well.
