Re: Sims 4 error: Failed to launch game

I updated my game and my game won't open the sims and just says "an error on our end caused the game to fail. please try again later." I uninstalled and reinstalled the sims 4 and got the same error. This is after the recent patch update. I'm not sure if my game is just forever broken or if this is happening to other players or not. Please help me so I can play the sims again.
