Re: Island Living missing from PlayStation

Through the in-gams store I have the city living and island living packs. When going to them through the in-game store they say I already own them so I click to download them on my PS5 and I'm met with an error code saying "something went wrong" and "CE-109367-6" when I go to the PlayStation store to download them it still has the prompt to buy them. I contacted PlayStation support but they didn't help. It seems like the in-game store and the PlayStation store aren't communicating properly but I don't know what else to do. I've tried restoring licenses and rebuilt the PS5 database but nothing works.

Me pasa exactamente lo mismo con Vida isleña, porque hubo un tiempo que lo dieron gratis como por 5 meses, me lo quitaron, y cuando quiero comprarlo me sale "Ya tienes este pack" y claramente no es cierto

Yeah I got it through the giveaway as well. It'd be nice to just get like a product code for the PlayStation store or something to redeem it so it works but idk

I’m also having problems with this as well. I purchased island living awhile back on my ps4 and when I switched to ps5 it also gave the error message and stuff.
