Yesterday my game constantly crashed whilst trying to save in live mode. Today my game won't launch and takes me back to the EA App where I am shown the message "An error on our end caused the launch to fail. Try again a little later".
I just want to add that I have cleared the EA App cache, removed all mods, (I don't use cc), and tested loading each of my 4 saves. The game begins to launch and then just crashes. I attempted to load my Sims 3 game and exactly the same problem persists. My PC is clean and more than powerful to run the games, it is an EA issue.
Forget this issue, I feel so daft! My PC needed an update and since restarting everything is working now. Check for updates was the one thing I'd left of my testing list. Apologies, carry on. I'll play test some more and if the issue arises I'll let you know. Sorry again.
