Forever Friends Event tasks disappeared after doing optional task

I finished the first two Forever Friends events, the game said I completed them. I didn't get the last reward.

Maybe it's because of the optional Businesses & Hobbies quest.

there were a couple of pack tasks. Did you get any optional ones ?

Once everything is finished you should get all the special awards but you might miss out on some extra ones. You can just get these through the game though. There's no need to buy any packs. You'll get all the important ones

This is what mine says, suggesting that the the potion is something you only get this week if you have packs (not really sure if that's what it means though).

I wouldn't worry about it at this point.

What troubleshooting steps did you already take ? Did you try moving Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4 > accountDataDB.package to the desktop and restart the game ?

I wasn't sure what to do but I just did what you suggested and it didn't work. :/

was this the only additional task you were offered ? AFAIR, there was more than one so maybe you did get the points but just don't have enough points ? There's others that don't have the last reward because of them.

I think you should still be able to finish and get all the rewards but maybe not some of the optional ones.

Yes it was the only additional one and I’m not sure, maybe it did give me the points but it did it so fast so I can’t be sure. It just says I’m missing 20 points to get the last reward, which I thought I would have gotten because usually after you do all the tasks, it gives you all the points and rewards for the week you’re on.

There was at least one other optional task. Unfortunatly I didn't take screenshots this time around.
