Re: [CLOSED] [FFQE] Done all tasks, didn't get pajamas

Hi, I was on the last quest for this week and all I had left to do was the ‘show plan to stuffed toy’ task but I was doing the optional one with the sweet treats candy machine and after I completed that one all the tasks disappeared and said I completed it all when I didn’t and I didn’t get the points to have the last reward. So now I have no way of getting the last reward because the task I was supposed to do disappeared.

I play the game vanilla.

    What troubleshooting steps did you already take ? Did you try moving Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4 > accountDataDB.package to the desktop and restart the game ?

    I wasn't sure what to do but I just did what you suggested and it didn't work. :/

    Hi xLilacSims​ 

    was this the only additional task you were offered ? AFAIR, there was more than one so maybe you did get the points but just don't have enough points ? There's others that don't have the last reward because of them.

    I think you should still be able to finish and get all the rewards but maybe not some of the optional ones.

    Yes it was the only additional one and I’m not sure, maybe it did give me the points but it did it so fast so I can’t be sure. It just says I’m missing 20 points to get the last reward, which I thought I would have gotten because usually after you do all the tasks, it gives you all the points and rewards for the week you’re on. 

    and okay I hope so, I’ll wait and see. Thank you for your help! :)

    There was at least one other optional task. Unfortunatly I didn't take screenshots this time around.
