Fresh New Start: Game No Proceed to CAS

😑Simply click New Game then the ENTIRE SCREEN stay in the Snow Blank, no proceeds to CAS creation. Just snow blank accompany with BGM indicating the game is "executing". Cannot even start at all. Just Snow Blank Screen. Period.
