This one is due to the new event. When a sim of the household tries to activate the time component via the computer. The Sim's computer is supposed to be fried. But in my case, the computer doesn't get fried and there is no 'repair' or 'replace' when you click on the computer. It is still usable.

You probably tried with an unbreakable computer. Just buy another and manually break it (there's multiple means to do so, depending on what packs you own).
