Gallery doesn't have results/Slow/No Connection

I'm finding the gallery just about unusable today - whatever the filter, keyword or hashtag, whatever the sort by setting, it shows me maybe another batch of houses/sims on top of the default loading amount, and then just stalls, freezes for a bit, and won't show me anymore. As such, it is essentially impossible to find anything unless it comes up in the default batch the gallery shows you for any given search.

This is pretty gamebreaking so it'd be great to see an urgent fix.

No literally it's ridiculous they're doing everything but fixing the game like I'm beyond livid

Could you please provide the following information

• Are you using mods/cc in your game ? Please remove them and test without them if you do.
• What platform are you playing on (PC, Mac, Playstation, XBox). Please pick a thread tag for that.

Is anyone else’s gallery saying no results no matter what you search?

silvaterrasimmer​ Yes.  But I have found that you have to use very specific search terms which pretty much defeats the purpose of running a search.  You have to almost get lucky and hit an exact match.  It can be frustrating at times.

Hey not sure if this is from the current update or not. I just updated my game after a few months but my gallery worked in great a sim, I was able to load in tattoos and sims but when I go into the game the gallery gives me a “no results found”. When I have the generic setting to load in all the lots available- vice versa is happening if I choose specific packs etc. 

playing xbox seriesX     - since the latest update on Mai ,12, 2026 the online Gallery worked short time for me ... now i get absolutely no results, doesn't matter, which filter i choose !!        And also my own/personal online-gallery-catalog seem to be gone ... (not showing one thing) !!

I don't know, how i can express my feelings kindly ... Let me say it this way :          „ I am really running out of patience . "

Will the online-gallery ever actually work again ?

Yep, same here - Gallery was working up until like 10 mins ago for me now no results found for anything

Could you please provide the following information

• Are you using mods/cc in your game ? Please remove them and test without them if you do.
• Does it show no results or do you have red X ?
• Do you have any filter/sorting applied when it happens or is it just generally when you open the gallery ?
