The Gallery isn't working for me either. It would show newest builds or lot but when I click popular now or most popular it said no results found. I use gallery nearly 99% of the time so this is a big headache for me.

It had been like 3 days for me since gallery is not working properly or sometimes at all,filetering showing 0 results fot the newest,popular now and creators as well.

I thought it was just me. Have they said anything about it? I had found a very nice house for my family and I was doing some editing and we had a power outage. I wasn't able to save it. Now that I'm trying to find the house again I can't because the gallery is not loading. Presently it says no results found.

The Gallery is broken. Loading is taking forever. There are no results for creator names. No results for lot names, then you search again and boom there they but if you try to change any of the filter settings to narrow it down they will all say not found again. Filtering to not include packs you don't own doesn't work at all (i.e. builds using all packs are always shown no matter what you select).

The gallery is not loading. It took like 15mins to load yesterday and today it’s not working at all. I removed my mods folder and it’s still not working 

gallery will load on the first page, but using any filters endlessly loads and eventually after closing and reopening, shows no results. no mods, tried repairing the game but still not working

My own gallery catalog says "player has not shared any items" I thought it was maybe because it's the weekend and too many people are on at once, but sadly this has been happening off and on since the August patch/update.

Looking at pervious posts from months ago, it seems to happen quite often and it usually resolved if it gets enough notice. We just need to keep waiting.

Hi, did you sort this out? Mine became like that after I downloaded a house that was incorrectly linked or something, as it prompted a system error message (never had this before).

I have the same thing suddenly! 

I thought I downloaded a bad house and that provoked it, as shortly before it started I had a system error message when trying to place a house from the Gallery? It was snappy for me since the patch otherwise.

I have the same issue too! I thought it was maybe one of my mods or my internet, but everything seems to be just fine. The gallery just won’t load, search, or apply any filters. Tried clearing my cache too and still didn’t help.

Came here to check and see if this had been reported.  Having this issue as well.

Yep, had the same problems before. Nothing we as users can do about it but tell EA they've broken it again.

This is actually happening regularly lately.  And dumping mods will never help you with a problem like this, it has nothing to do with our systems, it is all on the EA server end.

I also have this issue. My friend and I want to download some of each others sims, but we can't see each others' galleries. They're just blank and appear empty. 

I am also having this problem :( I am not good at building so I rely on the gallery...

I have the same issue too, on PC and without mods. The filters don't seem to work as they should. If I search for lots with my Owned Packs it still shows me results with packs I don't have, if it shows me results at all. Tried repairing the game and clearing my cache and didn't help either.

I have all those issues as well, the gallery is straight up broken

I've been having problems with the gallery freezing up and or not showing things since early Nov. 2025.  I waited a couple weeks and came back to the game thinking it was fixed but now it's worse than ever.  I finally was able to get some of my sims 4 in the gallery to load so I could save them to my library but most are missing.  

I had the same problem last night; hopefully it's only temporary. I did manage to find a few plots of land by working with the filters, but there were far fewer results than usual.

I have been trying to get the gallery to work all night. I have done everything that is suggested to do and its not fixed. All the gallery does is open up and takes forever to load. When I search something it takes about 3 minutes to load and either show no results or will only show about 20 items or so.

I just tested it, it's still laggy when loading but it's working better than it did last night 

I can confirm its working for me now, I'm able to look up creators by their name. Thank you!
