I am having this issue as well. I cannot load any world without receiving an error code. Cleared everything in folder, repaired game no mods or cc  I’m at a loss  unable to play the game at all  

Literally having the same issue. I tried everything. Now I’m in CAS and it’s extremely laggy and slow to load. 

I am too having this problem! I tried everything, reinstalled the game, repaired game, no mods that collide from what I know. I hope they solve it because now i can't go to the perfect dating place with my sims 😔

I thought I was going crazy, I'm having this same issue too!
For me the issue started happening when I was trying to enroll and move my sim into University, and the game glitched out on transitioning households (never experienced that bug before).  When I reloaded the save and put the household back where it was prior to Uni, the travel bug started up. I've tried everything and nothing seemed to work, I hope they fix it soon I was looking forward to getting back into the sims this summer 😔

I'm having the same issue, posted a report on it a few days ago. Nothing I have done seems to fix it either. For me it happened when traveling to Copperdale ThriftTea

I am experiencing the same issue. When I try to travel to Tea & Thrift, the university area, or other lots, I get Error 123. I have tried deleting the CC and local files, but it didn't help. The error only occurs when traveling to specific lots, not all of them. Has anyone found a solution? 

Is this happening because of the new update? There is an ongoing discussion here as well. Somehow, it is necessary to announce that there is such a bug. PLEASE FIX THIS EA!

Just leaving for anyone who comes across it, you can push ok and then load back into your household. I just had this happen, clicked ok, went back to my active household and chose the sims at the location, and it loaded into that lot. For me it was the lounge in the new Lovestruck world. Bob and Eliza were traveling there. It kicked me out this popup so I chose their household again, selected on of them so it would bring me to the lounge, and the lot loaded with no problem.

It doesn't work for me i tried 5 times but every time the game gives me the same popup 😪

I had this problem too. My Sim couldn't travel to Laguna del Abrazo. I went into manage worlds and switched the lot type from Lounge to Bar. It worked. My Sim can travel there, now.

If you go into manage world and click on a random household to load into and then go into manage world again and reload your original sim and it should load you into whatever building you travel to, it may take a few times and make sure to save before traveling the first time 

I just wanted to add I am having the same issue. I was able to load back into my active household and a different lot, but I get the same error every time I travel to the Stargazer Lounge. I can get into build mode. It is funny; it is the first lot I visited that I didn't edit before visiting after the update and this save. 

I haven't tried the other lots mentioned. 

Also having this issue on console, Xbox Series X. It is triggered whenever my university Sim tries to travel to an Organization event. 

The message: "The game failed to load. Error Code: 123:f8264ad2:3e466cca. It is recommended that you relaunch the game." appears after a load screen. When clicking on the world my Sim attempted to travel to, the target venue is marked as "incomplete", but in build mode the venue always has all requirements met. Upon exiting build mode, the incomplete label on the lot disappears but my Sim is physically at that location so I cannot load into my household without the error message reappearing. If I didn't have another household member to switch control to and bring my University Sim back home, I likely would be unable to play this save. Restarting the game (and the console) does not fix this issue.

I am having the same issue when i travel to the lounge in the new lovestruck world tried everything reloading repairing i even reinstalled the game nothing helps 

It might be a temporary solution but i replaced the broken lot by downloading a new lot from the gallery and i'm able to play my game again now...😅

I’m having the same exact problem. Whenever I try to travel to the university commons or anywhere in Britechester it glitches. I really hope they fix it it’s super annoying. 

Thank you! I have been having this same issue and tried everything I could think of but it persisted and was ruining my game. You just saved the Sims 4 for me! Ha ha

This just happened to me going to ThrifTea on PS4.

For me tho game has been crashing for about 2 months now I believe and i literally don’t even get an error code it just closes app by its self every time I try to load into this lot that I created a sim to be at in the get famous world and is just crashes and close app every time (Xbox series s)

I don't know anything about XBox systems. I only have ever had Sony and Nintendo, but by the sound of it, you're having an entirely other, perhaps more serious problem. The biggest issues that seem most common atm are issues with the Bills system not working and travel errors. Have you tried searching and/or posting on EA Answers HQ? That's the official bug report site, so you may be able to find answers there.

This is happening to me at everywhere in Britchester so far. Nothing working. I can load to the household at home but the bug happens every time I travel. It has the photo above message and so it seems I just cant travel. Please fix EA dont want to lose this save either worked hard on it!!

Same! My sim is unable to go to the university to graduate.

Keeps getting worse for me. Tried to go on a Create-a-Date to the lounge in Vista Hermosa. Got the error yet again, even though I had been there before. Here's the real kicker... The Sim LIVES in Vista Hermosa, right across the street from the love motel. Got an error trying to travel right up the road in the same neighbourhood.
