Anytime I try to travel to these specific locations, the game crashes, and the error 'Game failed to load' pops up.
San Myshuno - Stargazer Lounge
Britechester - Pepper's Pub
Copperdale - Thriftea
Ciudad Enamorada - Laguna del Abrazo
If I travel to other locations within these worlds it's fine, but when it's the specific places mentioned above, the game crashes and gives me that error.

This is happening to me at everywhere in Britchester so far. Nothing working. I can load to the household at home but the bug happens every time I travel. It has the photo above message and so it seems I just cant travel. Please fix EA dont want to lose this save either worked hard on it!!
Keeps getting worse for me. Tried to go on a Create-a-Date to the lounge in Vista Hermosa. Got the error yet again, even though I had been there before. Here's the real kicker... The Sim LIVES in Vista Hermosa, right across the street from the love motel. Got an error trying to travel right up the road in the same neighbourhood.
Just leaving for anyone who comes across it, you can push ok and then load back into your household. I just had this happen, clicked ok, went back to my active household and chose the sims at the location, and it loaded into that lot. For me it was the lounge in the new Lovestruck world. Bob and Eliza were traveling there. It kicked me out this popup so I chose their household again, selected on of them so it would bring me to the lounge, and the lot loaded with no problem.

I had this problem too. My Sim couldn't travel to Laguna del Abrazo. I went into manage worlds and switched the lot type from Lounge to Bar. It worked. My Sim can travel there, now.
I just wanted to add I am having the same issue. I was able to load back into my active household and a different lot, but I get the same error every time I travel to the Stargazer Lounge. I can get into build mode. It is funny; it is the first lot I visited that I didn't edit before visiting after the update and this save.
I haven't tried the other lots mentioned.

For me tho game has been crashing for about 2 months now I believe and i literally don’t even get an error code it just closes app by its self every time I try to load into this lot that I created a sim to be at in the get famous world and is just crashes and close app every time (Xbox series s)
I don't know anything about XBox systems. I only have ever had Sony and Nintendo, but by the sound of it, you're having an entirely other, perhaps more serious problem. The biggest issues that seem most common atm are issues with the Bills system not working and travel errors. Have you tried searching and/or posting on EA Answers HQ? That's the official bug report site, so you may be able to find answers there.
Same! My sim is unable to go to the university to graduate.
this happened to me while travelling to the park in san myshuno. if you get this travel error stop playing your game. i closed and reopened the game as it stated to do. kept playing after and my save corrupted. i stopped travelling after that pop up and just played at my sims apartment. went to go save and it wouldnt let me. so defintely play sims at your own risk :(
I'm also having this problem, the venues affected for me are the Stargazer Lounge in San Myshuno and Darby's Den in Britechester. I run with mods but I removed them all and started a clean save - problem still persists.
Most 123 Errors have been fixed.
