Game Crashes Whenever I Accept an Invite
This has happened to me three times now but whenever another sim invites me somewhere (Romance Festival, Prom Gathering, etc) and I accept the game just crashes. It happened twice with the Romance Festival and just now with the Prom Gathering and it's beginning to get really annoying since I'm not very good at remembering to save and I keep losing progress I've made.
Game crashing when placing certain items (Intel Iris XE, DX9)
It can happen randomly, but it especially happens when I'm in build mode trying do anything with cabinets. This has been happening for months, through multiple updates. Sometimes it happens just during live mode, making me lose progress. But I can instantly "make it happen" by going into cabinets in build mode. Crashes it every time. It also happens whenever I try to move or add nectar racks (from ranch expansion). I have tried deleting the mods folder. I've tried reducing graphics quality to medium (was on high). I have a brand-new computer bought specifically for gaming. I don't know how to check the components to see if it meets minimum requirements but I have to think it's more than qualified. There was a long period in which I could do whatever I wanted with cabinets and had no problems. Please help! To get around it you can check for new drivers and/or switch to DX11
Sims keep freezing
After completing the new update on the Sims 4, I'm constantly having to reset them. They all just stop moving. I have no mods on my game, no old files or saves as I got so fed up with it I removed everything and re-installed the game, created a new household of one and it just keeps freezing. Can’t save my game. When I switch to needs etc game sends me to load screen. Cursor disappears so I can’t even scroll or play when the save option works which is like 10% of the time. Game Is Spamming Autonomous Dance Actions
Since 3 days now, my sims action list gets flooded by the dance activity bubble and it goes on forever and I am unable to play with those characters.
