Actually was able to try right away. Didn't play long but the resume did work. So far so good.
I will try that mod today and see how it works because i have restarted my rag to riches legacy again and testing out smaller mods that is helping the game.

I tried this mod and now my Sims will just sit down and knit. Sometimes they finish an old project that they started. Thank you for sharing this information with us.
why cannot EA fix it then instead of having to use mods ,
