My sims don't recieve mail any more. One day three mailmen showed up and just hung around on my lot and now none of my households gets any mail. I can still pay bills via the mail box but I can't "get mail" the mailmen just walk by. Don't even get a notification that they can't deliver the mail.

Have you finished the reaper rewards, week 2 or is this during the event ?
My reaper rewards disappeard befor I finnished week 1 and still hasn't returned. I'm not getting my hopes up that that will ever be back. But the mail is problematic.
Have you tried replacing the mailbox ? What kind of residential are you playing ?
Yes, I tried changeing to different types of mailboxes even. It is a regular residential lot. And I have the same issue on other lots as well. not just one.
Possible that the disappearing reaper event messed something up.
Is the issue also present in a new save for testing ?
Yes
Could you try trashing the following file: Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4 > accountDataDB.package
Try moving it to the desktop. A new one should be created.
