Hello, maybe I’m doing something wrong, but I never get paid for mentoring after new update. Is new interraction and its not working… Maybe someone has also encountered this problem?

I was wondering if paid mentorship was meant to be Basegame, because it does not work at all for me. I tried both PC and Console. I click paid mentorship and they mentor for a really quick time and I do not get paid. And there sometimes when the person being mentored didn’t stop using the item (chess table for example) until their needs went bad and I had to reset them.
I hope it’s Basegame, but with the way it acts so broken I’m not sure it is. I’m a little shocked that the sims team are not discussing this as a new Basegame feature. Also they did fixes for new lot feature being accidentally being in the Basegame, but didn’t mention this one.
Well, it would be good if the sims team would fix this feature or just remove from the Basegame if it’s not meant to be there,
I'm also having the same issue. I'll click "Offer paid mentoring..." and they'll do it, but they won't stop until I cancel the interaction, at which point I don't get paid and the sim I was mentoring continues using the object until I reset them.
Sims will now be paid hourly based on their Skill Level for offering Paid Mentoring, regardless of which packs you own.
