My parent sim won't leave the toddler in the highchair. It won't matter if I give the parent something else to do. Within a minute or less of RL time, the sim goes over, takes the toddler out of the high chair, and puts them on the ground. Even if the toddler is in the middle of eating, the parent takes them out. I've tried resetting the parent sim the moment the action appears, but it resents both the parent and the toddler who ends up on the floor.
Is there any way to keep this from happening?
