A few minutes into playing after updating, my sim gets a call from her cousin to say that the cousin is now in a relationship with her own brother. I went into the other family to check and sure enough they have a romance bar, and are tagged siblings, sweethearts, and partners. This is NOT okay.

Hello. After digging through many solutions, I found the only way to bring my married sims back to normal couple agian with out cloning or using any mods which is go to load game > recover save > recover the latest one when my sims are still a normal couple (or the one before I change my sims in CAS which, in my case, cause this bug). I know it sucks to lost a few progress but at least I can bring them back to normal without harming their relationships and memories. And to prevent this bug, if you want to change thier appeareance (in CAS) of any sims in the household, you have to split that specific sims to a random different household that not owned by you and your sims are not related to so you can safely change them there and then move them back to their original household. Sadly, I don't think they release any updates to fix this bug yet, so what we can do is be careful, recheck their relationships and save the game constantly.
