REAPER EVENT STILL NOT WORKING

I play on xbox and i was able to access and complete the first week of the reaper event but then no more quests have shown up again... ive deleted every save and made new households..that didnt work, ive uninstalled and reinstalled.. that also didnt work. :( i play sims almost everyday, have bought almost every pack that has came out and i was so excited about this event..now its almost over and i have nothing. very very upsetting.
