Reaper rewards has not ever worked for me. We're on week 2 and with a bug fix and still not working. I've done all the usual trouble shooting. Turned off mods and deleted thumbcache and repaired game. Played the game and allowed a long time for the game to load the reaper rewards. Nothing has changed. I want to play with the reaper rewards but I can't get it to work! Please help.

Thank you all so much for sharing the information needed to assist the team. Even though some issues weren't able to be resolved by the conclusion of the Reaper's Rewards event, we were able to use that data provided to improve the experience for future events.
As always, we continue to learn and explore how we can provide the best possible experience for all who play The Sims 4, and will use the information in this thread to make decisions on how we can best move forward for future events.
We're on week 4 now and I cannot participate in this event! And from what I can tell there is no way to go back and complete previous missed weeks events. Which is unfair and annoying. I have bought all of the expansion packs and extras. I want to play in this event but I can't. How will I get all these cool gameplay items if I can't play? So frustrating!
It doesn't seem to matter what I do, the event is dead on my UI. Thanks, EA, for another event only a few will be able to complete. I ask again, is EA going to compensate? It's going beyond frustrating.

yes the gallery works just fine. no mods and everything is updated as well.
Could you post a picture of what you are seeing ? Does it differ from what is reported in the thread I linked ?
I think I am having the same issue. In game, my events will mark as completed. But the past week, I have not been able to pull up the rewards center page at all. I have already done all of the recommenced trouble shooting actions. I've attached pictures.
Having the same issue here. Couldn't complete week 2, and now week 3 is greyed out. I'm not tech savvy, unfortunately, and the fixes are rather confusing to me. I'm on a iMac.
Could you post a picture of what you are seeing ? Does it differ from what is reported in the thread I linked ?
Try repairing your game, then go back into it. It should work after that. Also if you're a mod/mcc player, uninstall all that & play vanilla.
