Reaper's Rewards: Plumbob icons for Quests no longer available

I've never done any of that before, I'm afraid of messing my game up

Hi, I'm on mac, no mods, game with the latest update. At first I saw the objectives for the "A Call Away" task, I changed households to complete the task with a different sim, and when I opened the new household, the tasks disappeared. I tried to go back to the original household with no luck. I couldn't even get the first task done. 

Exactly what happened to me! I only was able to complete two tasks. I don't even have enough XP to unlock the grimaphone

After also having the same issues as you guys, I left the letter in my inventory and marked it as a favorite maybe we need to have the letter for a task next week. I don’t know if not, they’ll fix the bug eventually because everybody is having the same problem.

I found a workaround through another post that worked for me and I was able to complete week 1! EA answers

I tried that, though I think next time I'll do the new save again because I started a new scenario with it, I read somewhere that I shouldn't but does it make a difference? 

I'm having pretty much the same issue except that I can open the icon up the top left and it's just grey inside. It was there last time I was online, so I'm guessing potentially an error when saving the game?

Honestly no idea, I don't play scenarios. All I did was start a new save and was able to complete what I couldnt on the first save then I went back to the first save and it was completed. I still have the second save in case theres a problem further on and hope it still works.

There's a new update out today and hopefully it will fix this issue for everyone. Please update your game if you haven't already.
