Sims Appearance changing

Added Sim to the household, and I changed her appearance (hairstyle, outfit). Now every time I or the Sim leaves the home lot, the added Sim changes the appearance to how the Sim originally looked. When I click and open the CAS to change the appearance back, the new look reappears—the sim is back to how they should look.

I'm not using mods or cheats.

If you got the Sim through the gallery/cupids corner, please to make sure and use this thread: [LS] Sim from Cupid's Corner Gallery won't change after CAS edit | EA Forums - 4948226

This one is currently on troubleshooting and is NOT being looked int.

If it's a Sim you created in CAS without gallery involvement, please post.
