I updated my game and now my sims won't do anything, i deleted all of my mods and reinstalled the game but they still dont do any actions, i can't interact with any objects or sims and i don't know what is causing it because its not any mod, and now i can't play. better exceptions was saying something called constraints.py is the cause but i can't find out what that is

my game was fine before this but it updated and now its broken. this happened before i think with infants and the laundry pack was what was doing it, but i dont know what it could be now
same, I thought it was only me. They just stand around dancing or having a casual discussion. They don’t do anything I tell them
I recently noticed I'll have about 4 sims who just stand around when loading into a restaurant venue lot. The staff will go to their assign jobs but my playable NPC's won't do anything on the lot. I thought they fixed restaurants but my game was working better before these recent Lovestruck patch updates. I tried to see if an autonomy mod would help in the meantime until they fix the issue but that's not working.

I am having the same problem. Per some of the things I've been reading that "Basically your game has lost the ability to tell what does what and now it can't do interactions" and it's a "python script" issue opposed to a mods issue. The game is completely unplayable. SEND HELP PLS lol
i completely forgot i posted this!!! i redownloaded it and it seems to be working, its like for some people updates just completely break the game, because i have two different things to play on and it was only broken on one. its always been one update breaks it then the next one fixes it, but it doesnt happen to everyone? i dont really know the cause but the only thing that works is whenever it updates again. annoying because i dont know if it will happen again!!

I really don't know what's going on for this.
I've tested a few saves and could never duplicate it.
Please be aware that outdated mods can cause issue as well as other factors I can't talk about here.
Leaving this to Maxis to look into further.
Having the same issues among a few other things since last update.
