Re: [FIXED] Sims are not moving/Freezing/Animation problems

Problem: I just downloaded Lovestruck after the latest update, and now my game is broken. My sims will not do any tasks I assign them. They will stay in one spot and will look at their phones/think/sing but will not move or do the tasks in the queue. 

I'm aware that you can fix it briefly by forcing a load screen (i.e pressing M and loading the map), but I am looking for a solution that lasts longer than 5 minutes. 

What I Have Tried: I have removed all my mods/cc and repaired the game. I deleted the local thumb cache.package file. I backed up and reset the game itself. I shift-clicked and reset sim. I shift-control-c typed reset sim (FirstName LastName). 

Note: I am playing on a Mac.
