Re: PSA: Sims 4 "Failed to launch game - An error on our end" -> Check Your Mods!

So I have been trying since august 19th this year to play the sims 4 which I've had on my pc since 2023.

I try to load the game in steam - won't work
I try to load from the task bar - wont work
I try and load from the EA - work work

I get a message saying the game failed to load - error on EA's end try again later

and for context I've done the follow:
Checked if it was a windows insider preview issue - I don't have it
Cleared cache - no good
Verified files on steam - thats fine but won't load game still
I was in the middle of checking which mods were broke from the update and going in and out of game to see which were forcing me back to the residential world menu (different issue) but now I can't even open the game at all - this also sucks considering I use the sims 4 to make backgrounds for my webcomic - pretty inconvenient.

If I can get help that would be awesome so I can go back to this.
