Utility Bills can't be paid after Recent Update
After I recently updated my game I have noticed this bug that my bills cannot be paid and there is no option elsewhere. It keeps on appearing on unpaid balances. It was working fine before the updates.

I thought it was just me. Since that update, my Sim can't pay bills either. She has the option to and completes it but no funds are deducted. I've tried via her phone, computer and mailbox. This needs to be fixed and soon. I don't have any mods or CC.
