Re: Kits purchased from Marketplace don't appear on EA app

Hello everyone,

I’m having an issue with Creator Sets in The Sims 4 and I’m hoping someone can help. I have purchased several Creator Sets. In the game, they are correctly shown as purchased, downloaded, installed, and active.

The issue only occurs in-game:

The Creator Set content does not appear in Build Mode or in CAS
The items also cannot be found using the search function

I have already tried the following steps:

Repaired the game via the EA App
Reinstalled the game completely
Cleared cache files (both game and EA App)
Disabled and re-enabled the Creator Sets
Removed all mods and custom content to rule out conflicts
Restarted the game multiple times

Despite all of this, the content still does not show up in-game. Has anyone experienced the same issue or has any idea what might be causing this? Are there any known issues with Creator Sets or additional troubleshooting steps I could try?

    Having the same problem here, I bought kits today, and they're not showing on my EA app. So it looks like the content is not installed at all. But on the Marketplace says that I have that ADD ON.  I think that's the reason why some items that should come with the kit are not showing in the game at all. I was trying to build something today (REASON WHY I BOUGHT THE KIT), and I was looking for a specific item, but my game doesn't show this at all. THATS THE ITEM THAT I WAS LOOKING FOR, and it's not in my game anywhere.

    I'm having this exact issue. First time using marketplace and it's not leaving me with a great impression.

    Me too, I've been trying to contact EA support, but they have not been helpful at all. The KITS that I bought do not appear in my EA library, but they appear in my game and on the marketplace. The Kits are shown as I don't own them on EA, that's why there no installed on my game, I guess.

    Im having this same exact issue right now with kits ive purchased through marketplace using moola i purchased through the ea app, but any kits ive purcjased through ea app work just fine. this is so frustrating because the content it tells me im missing i actually own just bought it through the marketplace and ive cleared cache, ive repaired game multiple times ive even uninstalled and reinstalled the kits i purchased through marketplace
