Hello, I am reporting a crash issue with EA SPORTS WRC on PC through the EA App. The game was working perfectly before. I played for around 3 hours without any issues, but suddenly it started crash...

Update: I have just contacted EA Support regarding this issue.
After providing all the crash details (EADesktop.exe, EAGEP.exe, ntdll.dll, exception code 0xc0000005) and explaining that other users are experiencing the exact same problem, the advisor confirmed that all the information has been recorded and will be forwarded to the responsible team for further investigation.
They did not provide any estimated timeframe or solution yet, but the issue has been reported internally.
How the heck did you get onto support, only "support" I was able to find was a stupid chatbot that kept referring me to help articles or the forums?!
But yeah having same issue as a first time player.
Yeah, it's something weird, but you have to open a ticket and when you do it, the website opens a chat where you have to wait for a real human being to connect.
