Game starts, but always ejects me from the menu
I have the latest update installed. It worked for days, but a few days ago, after starting the game in the main menu it said, Game files missing or corrup. I ran a repaire as requested. The game starts, but always ejects me from the menu, now without an error message. I ran the repair several times in the EA app. I have reinstalled the EA App. I uninstalled the latest Windows Update, then reinstalled it. All drivers are up to date. I tried pressing Esc while the game is loading to abort the login. But it's always the same: it ejects me from the menu without an error message. I later reinstalled the game, and later reinstalled it on a different drive, but neither solved the problem. I also tried the repair in EA Anticheat. When I start EA Anticheat and click on repair, I select the game folder, but it always says invalid game folder. (I talked to someone who had the same problem, he reinstalled Windows but it didn't solve it.) I found this in the EABAckgroundService.log:
EA Racenet not showing stats
Hello , I can't see any of my stats or progress in EA Racenet (app or desktop). I'm playing with Xbox Series X. Dirt Rally 2.0 stats are showing fine. I contacted the EA Chat Support and the agent told me that this is a bug and should not be happening. He said he and his team will report it to the game team to get it fixed ASAP. I also provided him a screenshot of my EA Racenet page showing something is wrong with my username or player name, see below: The chat agent prompted me also to post here about the issue and to upvote and comment if other players have encountered this issue, because the community managers are going to look into this, too.
