Seems like WRC devs don't care much about the Moza-user playerbase, and that's on PC. If you consider the Moza-user Xbox playerbase, things are even worse.
Devs added 'official' Xbox support for Moza R3 wheelbase, unlocking one more FFB for it (tyre friction I think) and completely ignored all the other Moza wheelbases — they show up as a generic wheelbase and have no tyre/wheel friction options. And things get even worse if you look at Moza shifters on Xbox: both HGP and SGP shifters aren't supported on EA WRC. How come, as the game vehicle variety and transmission autoselect type per car would insaley benefit from this, creating a fantastic experience like it is on — good and old — DiRT Rally 2.0.
