Saying content required on starting game. I have all content already on series x

Just loaded up the game. Comes up saying content not installed. BUT, i have all content on my series x already, even the new dlc that just came out. Says either cancel, remove content and continue or create a new save.

No way am i doing any of those, i have played wrc for many many hours, no way i should have to start all over again.

I played it all day yesterday, no issues, now today its freaking out on me.
