Utilities connectivity not working
Hi, I have this annoying problem where my buildings are with dotted lines and running out of everything (water/energy/waste management). They are all connected to a road. They are all connected to the main road also. There is no missing road. I've taken the effort to try and remove every road and reconnect my whole city again. Reshuffled it after having the same problem. Once I finished - it all worked until I updated one single building and then everything went bad again. I do have enough water supply to cover the demand, so it is the case with any other utility yet the problem is still there. I've also tried to move the water supply literally on the same street where the buildings were but this doesn't help. On the screenshot you see an example. Keep in mind that when I was rebuilding this one tile I was checking constantly whether it is connected or not and it was all working. Also, if I shuffle let's say a building that is with a solid line and connected to water with one that is with dotted line - even tho I changed their positions, the initial connected building stays connected on the new place where the old one wasn't connected. And the initially non connected stays as such in the place where the previous building was connected. Any suggestions? It is pretty annoying. Basically punishing me for developing my city.PvZ Showcase Bug
Hi, I am not sure if this is the right place to raise an issue but your contact us page doesn't allow ticket creation because of the question about what platform I am using. It's frustrating. I bought twice from this showcase to complete the Black Friday buildings, but both didn't show up. The second purchase I made, the payment went through but then suddenly the application crashed. But when I logged in those buildings are nowhere to be found and collection page doesn't show them either. Appreciate if somebody can look into this asap. Thank you.
