Leviathan Lightspeed Bundle 2
Tonight I purchased the Leviathan Lightspeed Bundle 2 off of the webstore. I also purchased the Fury Class Interceptor around the same time (no issues there!) When I opened Galaxy of Heroes up I went into my inbox to claim my purchases and instead of getting the contents of the Leviathan Lightspeed Bundle 2 I instead received 5847 Crystals… I will attach the images of purchase from the webstore and redemption in game Not sure if this has been a known issue for others as Malgus’s ship redeemed successfully? My game crashed while I was playing Free Agency 5 challenge in the season journey. When I reopened the app to resume the challenge, it gets stuck at 99% loading and never opens the challenge. I have already tried the following: cleared app cache, signed out and back into app, restarted phone, uninstalled and reinstalled app, logged in as guest. The issue is still there. Could you reset the status of that challenge for me so I can start it rather than resume? It is blocking the full journey for me.
No WiFi Warning window popping
Warning window saying there is no wifi available and that i will resume on mobile data stopped popping and download stuck at around 85%. Absolutely need a wifi to download updates. First timer in 10 years Playing on a Android Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 5. Anyone having this issue ? Thanks for help
Client will not load, or finish downloading, gets stuck
So I tried clearing cache, uninstall and reinstall, still same issue, never had this issue before with prior updates but this is making me want to quit because I have 6 accounts and cannot access one, I'm losing out on rewards from daily quests and events, really irritating me been trying to play the game since 8 30 pm yesterday on march 4th it is now almost 5 pm on march 5th and still not getting anywhereInterface buttons are disappearing in the Grand Arena!
Please fix this bug! Every few months during a PvP battle, the interface disappears! The problem occurs both on the Android device and on the PC client. I'll run into this again, and it will be my last time playing the game! Five years of playing, and nothing has changed! I regret wasting my time and money. Having an issue where feats that require winning with a character on your squad, i.e. Kix in the feat for Cere mini boss in sector 1, aren't progressing if the required character does not survive. Noticed it with Kix on the hard track, Brutus and Quiggold on the normal track.
