Forgot to claim reward
During numero 10 Event there daily named '1 to 10" there are 10000( including Day-1 and Day-2) gems as reward and I have claimed the 1000 ( including Day-1 and Day-2) gems which can be for the activity but I forgot to claim that another 9000 ( including Day-1 and Day-2) gems which are the completion reward because I thought I will later and there is also no time limit so I thought I will later and I opened and see the 1 to 10 activity is not there so I want EA that I can get my 9000 gemsDidn’t receive correct Speed mods from store
Purchased 2 bundles for $9.99 each. Didn’t bother to check them. My inventory was 498/500 so I mass sold mods with no speed. Turns out now I don’t have the mods since they had no speed. Please add the mods or refund. This is ridiculous. ally code: 911-181-313

Hi, I just bought a bundle of speed mods. after that i used my usual filters, sold the ones with no speed, upgraded the others, then filtred them to find what good mods i may have. was surprised to only find 2 mods with 15 speed, a diamond and a cross. so i double checked the bundle in the store : it sells with a no speed circle !!! How the hell such a scam was allowed ? please give me a refund or a real 15 speed circle mods, and change that for other players. my allycode : 347738465Football centre players not able to exchange
Last week I completed football centre both match but when I decided to exchange them after the match i was not able to exchange the players and most important part I didn't get the players also they are missing and in this current week I played match and got players both are their in my inventory players but they are not able to exchangeJedi Master Kenobi Lightspeed Bundle 1 and 2 Not available.
Alright, so, on the day of Monday (September 16th). I checked the in-game store of SWGOH, and I saw this very tempting offer for the Galactic Legend JMK bundles. I checked the time it would expire, and it said 3 days. So the next day, I got a gift card and planned to purchase the bundle, only to realize it had disappeared from the store, as well as the other lightspeed bundles that were planned to stay for a bit longer. I saw other forums about this issue, but it seemed to happen and be fixed before it disappeared for me. I contacted EA Help services inside the game, and multiple times they didn't listen to my problem. They either closed the ticket without looking into it or kept asking me to repeat my frustrating question, and I ended up having to do this at least 5 times in the past 2 days across over 3 different tickets. Please fix this, as I only have 1 day left to actually purchase the bundle before it expires.

Hello this just happened right now, but I was loading into the game, and the daily reward popped up on my screen, like normal, and the 15 day streak appeared and right before I claimed it, a friend challenged me to a battle, which after denying the battle kept me stuck in the daily reward screen, essentially frozen. I closed the game and reopened, but then when I tried to play a match, regardless of if it was online or offline, the game just wouldn't react, as if I didn't even read the button. I already tried restarting, force stopping, and even reinstalling the game, but the bug and consistently stayed, I'm not sure what to do.
