I've bought a package but didn't receive it
Hello, How can I get some help around with package I've purchased but didn't get it? I've opened two in-game chats already after my purchase around 5 DAYS AGO on April 8th. And im going back and forth answering the same questions and then 3 days of silence. I've already provided proof of purchase (email confirmation) and my bank statement that it's been paid. Solving time is ridiculous since this has been Appo package to help me with those dailies. And since I didn't get his shard it feels like I've been robbed of my 30$. Can someone please help me end-to-end? This game chat is ridiculous since for example I don't have access to the devices which I use in work so I have no idea if someone's answering there. No one is answering on my mobile since 3 or 4 days. I will be happy to provide all the details through some emails or private messages or whatsoever. If that's not the place to report such let me know escalation path since no one answering in game Thanks
Bug In Sunny Isles Train Track
So somehow on the bridges between the Islands on the Sunny Isles map a street is going between the highway on the bridge and the train tracks and it glitched together so if there is no street connected to the tracks my game crashes, okay but my train also doesnt go to the over island because i cant connect the tracks. this is pretty annoying ruins my train layout :( please fix this bug ASAPWebstore kessel run events
I start my day with breakfast and swgoh on my tablet, I do all the things anyone else does, all the feats and such, when its GAC I do a couple of rounds, in short i'm busy in the game... After that i go to my pc, boot up the webstore, claim my free gift and then i press kessel run... Somehow i can claim the engine boost event, i can even claim supply run.... but i cannot claim cantina holotables. I have to go into the pc client, don't have to do nothing, and poof i can claim it. Gamebreaking: no, but another thing in a list of things that causes people to be annoyed Maybe check in to that
Question about the energy achievements
I know the achievements for suppying power with Green , Coal/Oil and Nuclear energy need x amount of RZs to be supplied with said type of power. But how does the game count buildings with more power consumption, like Paris or Omega zones, or the regional RZs? Does every RZ count as 1 for the achievements, or do higher demand houses count more (the amount of ⚡ power the RZ consumes)?
