Title: FC Mobile locked at 30 FPS on capable devices (Helio G200)
Hello EA Support, I would like to report a device performance limitation in EA SPORTS FC Mobile. On my device, the game is restricted to 30 FPS, which results in frequent stuttering and delayed responsiveness during gameplay. This significantly affects playability. My device hardware is capable of higher performance, and similar devices are currently allowed to run FC Mobile at 60 FPS. This suggests the issue may be related to device profiling or optimization rather than hardware capability. Device information: - Infinix Hot 60 Pro - MediaTek Helio G200 - Mali-G57 GPU - 16 GB RAM - 144 Hz display - Android 15 I respectfully ask for this device to be reviewed for improved optimization or future 60 FPS support. h2h issue
hello to the team at EA, i recently entered a H2H match, but after 5 seconds, i clicked on cancel (like, the moment it appeared), and it seems that the matchmaking AI partnered me with somebody at that exact time, cuz when i tried to re-join a match, it said i was already in a match, even tho i wasn't. can you explain how this happened, or fix it?The devs / tech team DONT CARE!
I’ve made post in separate forum threads over TWO months ago (1st regarding the charges SVB) (2nd regarding the missing skate insider rewards) and I’ve not only never gotten a response but they’ve never commented or continued to update us on the situations. Then after 2 months someone else on the tech team not even the original bug poster, claims these issues have been resolved. Just because you fixed the bug DOESNT mean the issues resolved! We’re still MISSING things from play test insider, and the fact I was DOUBLE CHARGED in the in-game shop.When are the untradeable cards becoming tradeable??
The cards we earned in the first two weeks that should have been tradeable, still haven't been converted... I bought the 52k gems pack a week ago (tradeable pack) and Ik packed Konaté from it. Now he still hasn't bevolen tradeable... Pls fix this asap!
Glitch FPS drop to 14 frame per second.
Always happened in scouting camp game. It's happening for 3 month already. Please help. My phone are mid range POCO X6 PRO which can be very good even for high end game graphic. My max fps is 120. Frustrating in the game it's glitchy and drop the fps to 14-20 only. It's not happen often but it's annoying when it's happen.New year event page is not opening
Today is new year as per the schedule of festival fixtures event new year reward will be opening only on the day of new year when i am trying to enter it will not open still it shows glitches what should i do ? EA Support, I packed Rayan Cherki from a Division Rivals Promote pack that was labeled as tradable, but he was scheduled to unlock in Week 3. I waited until Week 3 like the game required, but now that Week 3 has started, the card is still showing as untradable and I cannot list it on the market. Please check my account and fix the tradability flag for this card — it should be sellable. Thanks.
