HIGH PING & PACKET LOSS EVERY ALTERNATIVE MATCH ( WIFI IS FINE )
Ok, so I regulary play the game. I often get 50 ping with no packet loss at ll. But recently every few matches that I play suddenly beofre loading into the match it shows in my performence display that my ping is 400 and loss in 50 and automaitcally diconnects me from the match and it results in a 10min time ban each time. Also my wifi is absolutely fine, wiht no issue. The issue is very random. I have tried all of the steps given at the EA Help website, like restarting router, check server status etc.

Unjust Ban and No Help from EA Support
Hi,About three months ago, my EA FC 25 account (souloffire17) was unfairly banned. Since then, I have contacted EA Help multiple times to appeal, but I have received no resolution. I keep getting generic responses, and my issue remains unresolved.I strongly believe that I have played the game fairly and request a thorough review of my account. Has anyone else experienced an unfair ban with no solution? I hope the officials can address this issue.Thanks.

I keep getting this message pop up after trying to start up Battlefield 2042. It's been many months now since this problem started, it used to be (11) but now it's (9). I've done what the agent told me to do including from the website and nothing has worked, I've played Battlefield 2042 for 272.3 Hours and 25/34 Achievements from Steam. I used to play Battlefield 2042 with my brother but since this error started showing up I was never able to play with my brother again. I need help so I can play with my brother again.

Спокойно себе играл в бф, никого не трогал, как внезапно вылетел в главное меню, а после и вовсе из игры, последующие попытки зайти выдавали окно, что я заблокирован. На сайте EA висит активная блокировка без причины. Пытался оспорить, но видимо отвечает бот, или некомпетентный сотрудник, якобы я нарушил правила сообщества и перечисляет всевозможные причины. И вот вопрос, как решить эту проблему и стоит ли в дальнейшем связываться с продуктами ЕА?
What is Error Code 1:4688822970:-4685921B - A cry for help...
Hi team, I have a problem where i am receiving Error Code 1:4688822970:-4685921B about 5-10 mins into game. I have even done a complete system reinstall and it did not help. I have seen some people say it is anti cheat related but still have not seen an official answer what this error is. Several cannot play the game because of this issue and i would really appreciate some help here. Here is what i have tried so far: All options on the EA help page for reconnecting. Countless forum searches which lead me to using different DNS settings using a hotspot Multiple game reinstalls / repairs windows reset - got rid of every app except Xbox / EA and BF2042 firewall settings both windows and ATT translating Russian forums on here to see what they did - going through the dns flush settings through ipconfig etc. Thanks for your help
EA's incompetence is not my fault!
Worst support, worst developers. It’s March, and I’m still dealing with objectives not updating. When I finally reached out to customer support, they had the audacity to tell me to post on the forum and hope it gets traction so the team might look into it. You’re unbelievably shameless and incompetent in pretty much every way. I shouldn’t have to jump through hoops or beg for attention just because your game is broken. I shouldn’t take the hit for your incompetence. Fix your mess.
