Installer.exe у меня нет.
Hello everyone, I'm having problems trying to launch Battlefield 6 (Steam) or EA FC 26. Exact error (Event Viewer): Faulting application: EAAntiCheat.GameServiceLauncher.exe Version: 1.0.42523.0 Exception code: 0xc0000409 Fault offset: 0x0000000000769315 Also: EAAntiCheatService fails with Error 87 "The parameter is incorrect" Service path always: C:\Program Files\EA\AC\... System: - Windows 11 24H2 (clean install) - CPU: Ryzen 7 5700X - GPU: AMD RX 9070 XT (driver 26.5.2) - MB: ASUS TUF B550M-PRO (BIOS updated) - SSD: Samsung 870 EVO - Steam - Secure Boot + TPM 2.0 + SVM Enabled - Memory Integrity Enabled The game worked fine for a long time, then broke suddenly on BOTH BF6 and FC 26 the same day. I already tried: - Multiple clean Windows installs (including 24H2 and 25H2) - Full AntiCheat reinstalls (standalone + from game folder) - Service delete/recreate - Certificates, Visual C++, Clean Boot - AMD chipset + GPU clean install with DDU - No Armoury Crate - Defender exclusions - Uninstall Anti Virus I will attach the crash dump, please help. PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA eaanticheat.sys When I start the game, I have a little splash art screen with the EA Javelin loading. Game tries to start and after around a minute of black screen there is BSOD with the given details. I have tried everything I found except reinstalling the OS and updating the BIOS. I have been playing golmud just fine, had exams, didn't play for few days and when I tried to play again now I get this every single time, making me unable to even get to the menu. I have tried: - updating the Windows to 25H2 - reinstalling the game - deleting the EA anticheat and starting the game to make it reinstall - sfc /scannow - check disk - updating/rolling back the drivers - disabling hyper-v - disabling old drivers I had or updating them - made sure I have TPM on - I tried starting it with 16 out of 32gb ram - tried disabling XMP - enabling Core Isolation - I believe i also did mdsched - and others... I have zero idea what could be causing it, analysed the minidumps with Claude and as I understand it, eaanticheat tries to read paged memory region from nonpaged context. I dont understand why it happened just after I have played few games at Golmud I am attaching 2 dumpfiles (one with hyperV enabled, the other with hyperV disabled), DxDiag and few logs from event viewer. If I should attach anything else let me know.336Views3likes14CommentsF1 25 does not launch — EA Javelin Event ID 1000 / 0xC0000005 / Windows 11 25H2
Hello, I cannot launch F1 25 on PC through Steam / EA Play. The game does not reach the main menu. Launch flow: Steam starts the game → EA App opens → EA Javelin AntiCheat starts → F1 25 closes/crashes. Event Viewer shows: EA Javelin Anticheat Event ID: 1000 f1_25.exe exited unexpectedly Code: 0xC0000005 System: Windows 11 Pro 25H2 Build: 26200.8737 GPU: NVIDIA RTX 4060 Ti NVIDIA driver: 32.0.16.1062 Steam AppID: 3059520 Secure Boot: Enabled TPM 2.0: Present and Ready Already tried: - EA App reinstall - Steam Verify Integrity - EA AntiCheat / EA Javelin repair - Secure Boot / TPM check - NVIDIA Overlay / FrameView disabled - FACEIT Anti-Cheat fully removed - Checked other anti-cheat services/drivers - VC++ Redistributables checked - Recent Windows updates removed and tested - Memory Integrity / HVCI disabled and tested - Shader cache / F1 25 user folder reset - Multiple reboots and clean launch attempts Nothing helped. I also contacted EA Help multiple times. The chats were repeatedly disconnected by timeout, and I was asked basic scripted questions despite already providing diagnostics, DxDiag, and Event Viewer details. This does not look like a normal installation issue. It looks like an EA Javelin AntiCheat compatibility/crash issue on Windows 11 25H2 / build 26200. Please escalate this to the EA Javelin / F1 25 technical team. If anyone has the same issue or found a working fix, please reply here.Battlefield 6 BSOD caused by EA Javelin AntiCheat (eaanticheat.sys)
Hello, I am experiencing a reproducible BSOD every time I launch Battlefield 6. The game never reaches the main menu. It crashes during the initial loading screen (black screen) shortly after EA AntiCheat starts. I checked everything except formatting pc or doing bios update (Cant do this cause of the manufacturer of my laptop doesnt shows motherboard manufacturer). Also did checkups with the help of ai like checking the debugs of dumpfiles, i attached them below. System CPU: Intel Core i7-11800H GPU: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 Laptop Windows: 11 25H2 (Build 26100.x) Secure Boot: Enabled TPM: Enabled and ready UEFI: Enabled BSOD The Windows kernel dump consistently reports: Bug Check: PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA (0x50) Faulting module: eaanticheat.sys Failure Bucket: AV_eaanticheat!unknown_function The crash always occurs inside: eaanticheat.sys +0x1A4E317 The relevant instruction is: mov r9d,dword ptr [rbx+rax+8] The anti-cheat driver attempts to read invalid memory and Windows immediately bugchecks. EA GameService crash dump The EA GameService dump shows an independent crash: Process: eaanticheat.gameservice.exe Exception: 0xC0000005 (Access Violation) Fault: Attempt to read address: FFFFFFFFFFFFFFFF Stack: ntdll!RtlpCollectFreeBlocks ntdll!RtlpFreeHeap RtlFreeHeap eaanticheat.gameservice.exe This suggests GameService is attempting to free or access an invalid heap pointer before the kernel driver crashes. AntiCheat version GameService: Product: EA Javelin AntiCheat Internal Name: skyfall Version: 1.0.14592691 Timestamp: July 17, 2026 Kernel driver: eaanticheat.sys Timestamp: July 17, 2026 Troubleshooting already performed I have already tested the following without any change: Reinstalled Battlefield 6 Reinstalled EA App Repaired game files Updated NVIDIA driver Updated Intel chipset driver Updated Intel Management Engine Updated LAN driver Updated audio driver Disabled Hyper-V Disabled Memory Integrity Driver Verifier disabled Secure Boot enabled TPM enabled UEFI enabled Other games, including EA FC 26, run normally and do not trigger BSODs. The issue started after golmud railway update. Battlefield 6 worked correctly previously. The Windows kernel dump and the EA GameService dump both point to EA Javelin AntiCheat components rather than a random third-party driver.
Since the August 21, 2026 update, Apex Legends fails to launch. The game freezes at the "Initializing" screen with the message "Easy Anti-Cheat Bootstrapper (EOS) is not responding." If left long enough, it eventually fails with "The Easy Anti-Cheat launcher encountered an internal error." The game worked perfectly before this update. Key diagnostic finding: If I completely disable Wi-Fi/network before launching, the game passes this freeze screen without issue (it then stops at a later screen due to no internet connection, which is expected). However, whenever any network connection is active — tested on my home Wi-Fi, phone Wi-Fi hotspot, and USB tethering — the freeze reproduces identically every time. This strongly suggests the issue lies in EAC's initialization/network handshake process itself, not in my local network path. System specs: OS: Windows 10 Pro (version 10.0.19045, 22H2) CPU: Intel Core i7-7700K @ 4.20GHz Motherboard: ASUS (custom-built PC), UEFI mode, Secure Boot enabled, CSM disabled Network adapter: Intel Wi-Fi 6 AX200 Purchased via: Steam Troubleshooting already attempted (no change from any of these): Verified integrity of game files via Steam Reinstalled/repaired EAC via EasyAntiCheat_EOS_Setup.exe (install/repair/qa-factory-reset, including with correct productid) Fully removed and re-registered the EAC Windows service Completely uninstalled antivirus software (Trend Micro) Fully disabled Windows Firewall Disabled IPv6, reset Winsock/TCP-IP stack (netsh winsock reset) Ran sfc /scannow (repaired some corrupted files, no change in symptom) Reinstalled Visual C++ Redistributables Enabled Secure Boot and disabled CSM in BIOS Fully closed/uninstalled background software (Razer Synapse, EPOS Gaming Suite) Deleted EAC cache folders (%APPDATA%\EasyAntiCheat) Tested with a brand-new Windows user account — same result Reviewed Application/System/CAPI2 event logs — no relevant errors found I've ruled out essentially all local causes I can control. This appears to be a regression introduced by the August 21 update, likely on the client or EAC server-side handshake. Any guidance or a fix timeline would be greatly appreciated.66Views3likes2Comments
