Early cut reset in Indonesia
Hi, this is a bit of an older one I forgot to report, but while I'm here. I found this cut reset in Indonesia (sorry, I don't know the stage name & I can't find the rally in Racenet), it's a turn square left with spectators on the inside. I will admit I was cutting this close, but it's not anything I haven't seen WRC drivers do IRL... The car was a good foot away from the bunting tape and was not headed into the spectators at all, yet the car reset and gave me a penalty instantly with no warning, beginning at the moment shown in the pictures. The car was moving away from the bunting as the screen faded to black. This reset boundary probably needs moving back a good half a metre or so.

Hi team, I have a problem where i am receiving Error Code 1:4688822970:-4685921B about 5-10 mins into game. I have even done a complete system reinstall and it did not help. I have seen some people say it is anti cheat related but still have not seen an official answer what this error is. Several cannot play the game because of this issue and i would really appreciate some help here. Here is what i have tried so far: All options on the EA help page for reconnecting. Countless forum searches which lead me to using different DNS settings using a hotspot Multiple game reinstalls / repairs windows reset - got rid of every app except Xbox / EA and BF2042 firewall settings both windows and ATT translating Russian forums on here to see what they did - going through the dns flush settings through ipconfig etc. Thanks for your help
Unjustified account ban on BF2042
Hi everyone, I just logged onto BF2024 only to find out in complete disbelief EA has banned my account from launching the game. As a long time player since the old days of 1942, I never touched a single cheating or botting software in my life. In fact I’ve always been a staunch supporter of fair, transparent and honest competition and sportsmanship. I condemn cheaters to the bone. First I thought it was a mistake and tried relogging, of course with no avail. Naturally, I appealed their decision and emailed customer support immediately. I was baffled when EA responded to me first thing in the morning, as they normally take their sweet time doing so. When I read their email, it said they’ve actually conducted a thorough investigation of my case and that the ban would not be lifted. After reassessment of my account support section, the ticket made by me was closed by EA with no further option of reappealing. Asides from the completely absurd and unfair way to treat their valued customers and loyal fans of the Battlefield franchise, I was provided with zero information as to how I allegedly violated their terms of service, warranting a permanent suspension without further explanation nor prior notice. Frankly, I feel cheated out of a game I purchased four years ago at full price from a company that doesn’t even seem to have the decency to reach out to me and build a real case to find out what’s going on. All I get is a generic message, possibly system generated with an absolute und completely unfounded statement. I’m at a loss of what steps to take next, as obviously this cannot be their final answer. Please help.Unable to get into the game
Ever since the recent update to my nvidia driver and the recent update to FC25 my game is bugged out. it will start the game but then start glitching out and flash different colors. It lets me get to the main menu but i cant control or see any words on the menu. i tried FC24 and it worked completely fine can you guys pleasee look into this bug i have alot of hours on this game. i run a Ryzen 7 with a 3060 graphics card the game should run fine. this is completely wasting my money that i spent on this gameGetting a loss after you opponent quits
I am writing regarding the final match of the recent PS5 tournament, as I believe there has been an error in the match result and reward distribution. During the final, I built a commanding lead with a score of 13-0. At that point, my opponent paused the game and subsequently quit. Despite my advantage and uninterrupted gameplay, the post-match review registered this as a loss for me. I have retained full, unedited footage of the match that clearly documents the events leading up to my opponent’s decision to pause and forfeit the game. Given the evidence, I kindly request that you: Conduct a thorough review of the recorded footage. Verify that the loss resulted solely from my opponent’s actions. Reassess the final match decision accordingly. Refund or reinstate my rewards based on the performance and circumstances of the match. 2 months ago I posted same bug/problem and EA has not dealt with this problem. We pay you for the game and the DLC's and this is how you treat us!? I'm very disappointed. In the future I have to remind my self and to all my friends: not to by EA games, they call gamers cheaters but actually thy are the cheaters: EA scams you out of money for the digital content, lets you play for few months and then takes the ability to play, what you brought with your own money, away from you. Gotta love getting Desync'd in the first game of my playoffs. Come up against a guy in his superbowl i magically get desyncd before kickoff and he gets the superbowl win....... enjoy it man my xbox is hardwired ethernet. Why everyday must you change something with this game you have once again broken this game my players are moving slower than molasses the delay is sickening no game mode works I have switched 15268482 things once again and no fix again because of your game it does not work for pc. I have the latest update installed. It worked for days, but a few days ago, after starting the game in the main menu it said, Game files missing or corrup. I ran a repaire as requested. The game starts, but always ejects me from the menu, now without an error message. I ran the repair several times in the EA app. I have reinstalled the EA App. I uninstalled the latest Windows Update, then reinstalled it. All drivers are up to date. I tried pressing Esc while the game is loading to abort the login. But it's always the same: it ejects me from the menu without an error message. I later reinstalled the game, and later reinstalled it on a different drive, but neither solved the problem. I also tried the repair in EA Anticheat. When I start EA Anticheat and click on repair, I select the game folder, but it always says invalid game folder. (I talked to someone who had the same problem, he reinstalled Windows but it didn't solve it.) I found this in the EABAckgroundService.log:
