As myself and many others see it crossplay is unsustainable for a fair play space. While I can understand it from the pragmatic perspective of extending the life of the player base, it is a fact that it's unfair for PC players to get no choice in preference for crossplay. I am tired of this presupposition that console players are only capable of playing on a controller, the fact is they aren't the modern Xbox and Playstation support keyboard and mouse input. Allow PC players to disable crossplay, or remove the aim assist. A keyboard and mouse of reasonable quality is well within the financial abilities of anyone who can afford a modern console and a modern AAA release. Quit babying them and force them to play like the rest of us.this software cannot be used at the same time as the game.......Proxifier
#anticheat, #proxifier, #launcherrorHi, I’m trying to launch Battlefield 6on PC, but the game refuses to start. I get an error message that mentions “Proxifier” and the line “-DiceOnline.StemBetaBranchNamePrefix”. The problem is: I don’t have Proxifier installed. Nothing proxy-related or suspicious is running in the background. I already reinstalled EA Anticheat (Javelin) and verified the game files. I’m not using any VPN, antivirus, or overlay software that could interfere. It seems the game or EA Anticheat is misreading a leftover developer or beta parameter from an earlier build. That exact parameter (“DiceOnline.StemBetaBranchNamePrefix”) sometimes appears when a beta or pre-release version was installed before. Things I’ve already tried: Reinstalled EA Anticheat to the default folder: C:\Program Files\EA\AC Cleared caches from %appdata%, %localappdata%, and %programdata%\EA Removed any launch options in Steam and EA App Checked Windows proxy settings (no proxy active) Rebooted and launched as Administrator Still, the error persists and the game won’t start. EA Anticheat keeps thinking Proxifier is running when it isn’t. Question: How can I completely remove the “-DiceOnline.StemBetaBranchNamePrefix” parameter or any leftover developer flags that cause EA Anticheat to block the game? Is there a specific config file or registry entry that Battlefield 6 uses for these internal flags? Any official steps or clarification from DICE or EA Support would be greatly appreciated. It seems like more players might run into this after today’s launch. Thanks in advance!Solved348Views2likes2CommentsConstantly Disconnected after 5 minutes
Since the update on Friday morning, October 10th, I have been getting disconnected from the servers after 5 minutes every single time. Once I reconnect, I get kicked roughly 45-50 seconds in. This is also happening in Battlefield 6 with the error ERROR CODE 1:85009S, every single time. I've tried absolutely every possible troubleshooting step, none of which have worked. I even downloaded Skate to see if it would happen, same thing, disconnecting after 5 minutes. From my understanding, there needs to be a Global Authentication Reset/ Device Binding Flush for Javelin Anti-Cheat. This is most certainly an issue on EA's side, as I've exhausted all possibilities of it being on the user side.30Views1like1CommentAccount Ban - No Violation
I was playing Battlefield 6 when I was kicked off the servers today at 3pm (Sunday 12.10.2025). I've been playing with no issues for 2 days now. I am a courteous player, and rarely use the chat window. Nevertheless, I was kicked from the server, and when I try to log in, it says my account has been disabled, saying "Activity on this account has violated EA's User Agreement. We've permanently blocked access to this product" I'm not sure what I have done. This is incredibly annoying. Can you explain how I have violated the terms and conditions? When looking at my EA Penalty History, it says there has been no history of violations on the account. We can't dispute the false ban because it doesn't show on our account, so we are unable to submit a ticket or form. Please see the images attached. The BF6 game was purchased via Steam. My EA account is linked to Steam. My Steam account has a different email account from EA, but this has never been an issue with any other EA game (including all the Battlefield games I own). I have a separate EA account for my PS5, but this is not linked to my Steam account - it's completely separate and part of the Sony ecosystem. There are 100's of people experiencing the same issue over the last few days, and many more over the last few hours - I assume it's a technical issue with the game or its servers. If not, could you please clarify the reason for this action and confirm whether there has been any mix-up between accounts? I would appreciate your help in resolving this matter as soon as possible.5.8KViews96likes137CommentsAnother crash
This time the game crashed from testing in Moments. No error could be found, not even on Event viewer this time. This is 100% an issue with EA and not my system. So many people have the same problems. I tried deleting all the anticheat files to then repair the game with clean ones. This did nothing while last time i crashed it was clearly anticheat (EAAntiCheatService ,The game fc26.exe exited unexpectedly, exit code: 0xC0000005) but now its not showing any error. Game was running fine before crashing.. I am just sad grinded for a team just to not be able to use it.15Views0likes0CommentsPC Constantly Blue-Screening Randomly During Gameplay
Before I state the main issue, I just want to say that I have been having this issue since the Beta. And because of it, I was unable to play the beta for almost the entirety of its two week runtime. After the beta ended I decided to get back into BF2042 to tide me over until the release of BF6, and I encountered the same issue there. Now with Battlefield 6 released I am STILL encountering this issue. Here's what I know about the issue from two months of experiencing it: 9/10 times when I play the game on Steam, my PC will BSOD, and usually throw an error like: “IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL (0xA), What failed: ntoskrnl.exe” or some other error (IRQL/ntoskrnl.exe is the most common one I see). This happens during random points during gameplay or when loading into a match. After checking my dump files and the Event Viewer, the issue always stems from a Memory Access Violation Error (0xC0000005) caused by the eaanticheat.exe. After scouring online searching for a solution, I believe I have tried every suggested fix I could find on here, Reddit, the Microsoft support forums, and a plethora of YouTube videos. I have tried: Uninstalling/reinstalling the anti-cheat and the game itself (restarting the PC between installing) Toggling my overlays (Nvidia, Discord, and Steam) Toggling memory core isolation Making exceptions for the game and the anti cheat in Windows Defender Running the EA app, game, and anti cheat as admin Verifying the integrity of game files Running hardware and memory diagnostics Scanning and repairing corrupted system files (there were none) Updating drivers and Bios Rolling back Nvidia Drivers I am just so tired of debugging this game and I am posting this on here, PRAYING that someone may have a solution or is having similar issues like me and has yet to find a solution. Most of the forums I have seen similar issues on are 3 years old or older and don’t really provide any fixed that have worked for me. If it helps my current specs are: GPU: Nvidia GeForce RTX 4070 Ti CPU: 13th Gen Intel Core i7-13700K RAM: 32 GbSolved1.8KViews3likes31Comments
