Game crash to desktop or sometimes reboot the pc
Hello everyone, I'm having some troubles playing BF 2042 as sometimes the game randomly crash to desktop without any error message. In the event viewer I can find some general direction to the problem which points towards the anticheat service but I didn't find a solution so far. Here is the event viewer code : EAAntiCheatService The game bf2042.exe exited unexpectedly, exit code: 0xC0000005 Now that was up until tonight... Played the game with a few crashes and then something new started happening, PC rebooting mid game, no bluescreen, no warning just a reboot. So I got the .dmp but I have no idea what I'm looking at beside the event viewer telling me it's two different bugcheck for two different crashes : 0x00000139 and 0x0000007e I attached both dump to the post so hopefully someone will help me hop back into the game ! It's the only game who gives me this much trouble, never had any other major issues on other games. Thank you in advance for the help !
Error detection
During a match I accidentally triggered my work script via hotkey. This open-source tool (for office tasks) performs image-based clicking** and was immediately disabled. Hey I just got the following error message today (I mean it just closes on launch) But when checking the windows event viewer: ``` The description for Event ID 1 from source Application cannot be found. Either the component that raises this event is not installed on your local computer or the installation is corrupted. You can install or repair the component on the local computer. If the event originated on another computer, the display information had to be saved with the event. The following information was included with the event: EAAntiCheatService The game bf2042.exe exited unexpectedly, exit code: 0xC0000005 The message resource is present but the message was not found in the message table ``` I didn't change any setting in the recent days. Nor are there any new graphics drivers. Steam says every time they have to repair 3 files when i check the files. Just want to play 2042 for the new bf6 unlocks. Any recommendations? Hi everyone, Hello, I need help. For 3-4 days I have constant crashes on Apex Legends. The game runs, but after some time I get a black screen that alternates with the game and then Apex closes. Sometimes it happens in the menus, in the firing range, or in a real match. No error code appears, just a black screen and then the crash. Here is what I already tried: reinstalling Apex on both Steam and EA App, reinstalling and repairing Easy Anti-Cheat, reinstalling GPU drivers with DDU, checking game files, repairing Visual C (x64 and x86), updating Windows, deleting cache and CrashDumps, running everything as administrator. Nothing worked. My PC works fine with other games that also use Easy Anti-Cheat (for example Elden Ring). Only Apex Legends has this problem. Is there any permanent fix for this issue? Could it be related to the integrity error (0x8000001) I sometimes see in logs? My specs: intel I5 13gen, RTX 4060 laptop, 16 GB RAM, Windows 11] Thanks in advance.
Dx12 Still having problems and low fps issues recently
Apex Keeps having wide issues with DX12 and I'm fed up of it with higher latency, low fps and laggy and choppy gameplay the fps recently has drop significantly to the point I'm under 200 fps when playing at 240fps with a 240hz monitor its around 160 to 180 making my gameplay unsmooth and sluggish which I had no problems with when using DX11 but DX12 needs to be looked into more since its not using my hardware properly and efficiently as it should be like DX11 this was never a problem with DX12 a couple months back it had the same performance outcome as DX11 but ever since after split 1 of season 22 DX12 has never been the same for me when split 2 came around thats when the problems started to occur then with the removal of DX11 its just been so frustrating playing this game with the multiple issues ive had I would like you guys to be able to add DX11 back for people who want to use it like Fortnite because they allow players to choose what's best for their system but call it legacy DX11 or something like that showing that your not updating it anymore System Specs Intel 13700k Msi Gaming x trio 4070 32GB Corsair vengeance ddr5 6000mhz 16x2 750watts power supply Samsung evo 990 2tb Please look into this issues and I would like help with my game to fix this issue ):
F1 25 Crashing (ANTI-CHEAT)
Hey all, I’ve been stuck with this crash that began today and I’m out of ideas. Hoping someone else has hit the same issue: Error log (Event Viewer, Windows 11): Source: Application EAAntiCheatService The game f1_25.exe exited unexpectedly, exit code: 0xC0000005 What I’ve already tried: Verified game files (Steam) Reinstalled EA AntiCheat Clean GPU driver install with DDU (just last week) Disabled all overlays (Steam, Discord, NVIDIA, MSI Afterburner, Rivatuner, etc.) Closed RGB/control apps (Corsair iCUE, Armoury Crate, etc.) Cleared EA App cache Disabled Windows Core Isolation (Memory Integrity) Reinstalled latest Visual C++ runtimes (x86 + x64, 2015–2022) Tried without XMP/EXPO System: Windows 11 Pro 23H2 RX 7800XT, Ryzen 7 5800X3D, 32GB DDR4 3200MHz Steam version of the game Issue: Every time I launch F1 25, the game dies instantly with EA AntiCheat logging 0xC0000005. No other errors show in Event Viewer except the AntiCheat entry. At this point I’m thinking it’s either a deeper EA AntiCheat conflict, or something specific to my system config. every single game i play online lags. to the point where i quit playing. i still win most but its so challenging. its's been like this for months. no way i, spending 70 dollars on anything from ea until the . servers are fixed. its criminal to refuse to acknowledge and most importantly fix the issue with the lag that occurs. it literally robbery.
