False-positive ban wave
I’m posting because I’m genuinely trying to understand what happened and see if anyone else experienced something similar. I recently received a permanent Apex Legends ban for “enhancement usage,” and I’m honestly confused by it. I had been playing normally for weeks without any issues, and the ban happened immediately after the May 19 update. A few weeks before this happened, I upgraded from Windows 10 to Windows 11, but Apex worked perfectly afterward for weeks, so I never thought anything of it. On May 19, the only thing I changed was enabling Steam Overlay briefly so I could purchase Apex Coins. What makes this even more confusing is that I’ve actually been having one of my worst seasons. My K/D has been around 1.07 and I’ve honestly been getting stomped in Diamond 4. I’m definitely not some player suddenly dropping crazy stats or doing anything out of the ordinary, which is part of why this has been so difficult for me to understand. I submitted appeals to EA and received the same template response confirming the penalty, but I still have no idea what could have triggered an “enhancement usage” detection. I’m not here to argue with anyone or attack EA. I understand anti-cheat systems are important and I fully support removing actual cheaters from the game. I despise cheating and constantly run into cheaters myself in Apex, which honestly makes this situation even harder for me to understand. I’m simply trying to figure out if anyone else experienced something similar around the May 19 update, especially if you were flagged for “enhancement usage” and had no idea why. If anyone has gone through something similar or has any insight, I’d really appreciate hearing from you.

This has been following like the old xbox 360 red ring. I've been at this for about a month now and I cannot figure out why this will not go away. Initially, I followed some guides and it came down to something called DaemonLite being on my PC. After full removal, it worked for a bit. The next season came, and it came back. This time I found a thread that mentioned specific files that may conflict with the Anti-cheat. This 3rd time around, I have no idea what to do. I don't cheat, have never cheated, and don't condone cheating; I have no idea why this continues to happen. **I have also updated all of my drivers as well as my pc to make sure that was not the issue as well.CHEATING
Make cheating one of the most important things about maintaining your game this could be one of the best shooters i have ever played but then everytime I play now everyone I come across clear no recoil tracking my movement like crazy..on console it is the worst I have ever seen it please clean up your game try new things because what your doing isnt working and your community is pumping millions of dollars into this to run into someone with a chronus or some other tool so all they have to do is click buttons....ban the whole console or VPN do something it is out of hand..and the pricing of this game im not even going to go there. Hello,I'm reporting a very frustrating issue in Team Deathmatch (TDM / Mixtape).When you join a match with obvious hackers (in my case, one player with 17+ kills), there is no way to leave the match without receiving a 5-minute penalty. The game does not recognize that the match is ruined by cheaters and treats it as a normal abandonment.Steps to Reproduce: Queue into a Team Deathmatch game. A hacker appears (clear aimbot/wallhack with extremely high kills). Try to leave the match. The game applies the 5-minute penalty anyway. Platform: [Replace with yours: PC (Steam/EA App) / PS5 / Xbox Series X|S / etc.]Frequency: This happens quite often in TDM, especially during peak hours with more cheaters.This problem causes many players to close the game out of frustration and still receive penalties. The game won't make it past the loading screen. Read through lots of the forums and used Google AI, but I can't get anything to fix it. Never had Daemon, updated to Windows 11 and disabled antivirus, verified game files multiple times, deleted and redownloaded, deleted from Steam, and downloaded it on EA, didn't fix it. Downloaded back on Steam now, went through a lot of files. I just can't get anything to work that I've read online. Unbelievable to have an anti-cheat software that gives you such a basic code and won't tell you what it sees on their end.
My Apex Legends account was banned for Gameplay Enhancement
Hello I would like to inquire about the specific reason why my Apex Legends account was banned. I understand you may not disclose detailed reasons. I know many players from my region use unauthorized third-party programs, but I believe my account was not targeted unfairly. My account was banned the day after April Fool’s Day. I sincerely hope you can handle my case carefully and responsibly. Before the ban, I played no less than 5 matches in casual modes. After that, I started playing ranked games. I was suddenly kicked out of the match halfway through the game. I truly think this ban might be an incorrect judgment. I hope I can get a chance to review my game records and verify whether I have committed any violations. Please help me recheck my account situation. Thank you.
I got banned for no reason and cannot appeal at all
I tried to play with my friend yesterday, and suddenly it got dislinked from my EA account. I checked my account detailed and showing permanent banned when I did not play at all. My last game was about 2 weeks ago and never played before that. I tried to submit it on appeal and live chat on customer services but it kept showing case not created and live chat showed a repeated message. Could I get back my account? At least I want to know who hacked my account or what was problem is.
