Game wont start
Hello, I need help with Apex Legends on PC. After the latest update, the game starts, shows the intro, and then crashes immediately with no error message. I play through Steam. I already verified files, reinstalled the game, restarted my PC, and tried repairing Easy Anti-Cheat, but nothing helped. Easy Anti-Cheat shows an error with incorrect game ID. The game worked before the update. My GPU is RTX 3070. Please help me fix this issue.Solved1.7KViews6likes123Commentsi was banned for gameplay enhancement
i was recently banned for basically cheating when i was just playing the game minding my own business, playing the respawn mode when all of a sudden i get kicked to the start screen with a ban message. i checked the website and it of course said "gameplay enhancement" i have no idea what to do and im worried ill never be able to play the game again. And i already know before my case(s) get replied its going to say its justified or some ai message basically telling me to go away. (update) my email was replied to with the predicted response i dont know why im surprised tbh they showed no interest in taking my case seriously or even looking into my issue. just a copy and pasted email about how it was justified. i was screensharing to my friends and randomly got banned i hope they fix this bug or issue.Game won't launch after many attempts and verifications of files
Before game can launch a message pops up after EAC launches saying the game cannot be launched due to an active instance of the game already running. I have checked if anything was running in the background (EAC, Apex) but none of the files associated with them were running. I did multiple verifications of the game files and multiple restarts on my pc but none of it helped. I'm not exactly sure where the problem lies but I think it's a problem with EAC.16Views0likes3Commentsi was banned for gameplay enhancement

My Apex account was unexpectedly banned after I just bought nearly 20,000 Apex coins. But when I tried to appeal, I found that I couldn't submit an appeal through any available method. (As shown in Pic 1) Following the instructions on the EA website, I tried contacting the support team. However, after clicking the “Contact Us” button, the chat bubble never appeared. (As shown in Pic 3) I’m unable to submit an appeal through the Penalty Page or contact support via “Contact Us.” I’ve tried using different computers, phones, and browsers, as well as clearing my browser cache and using incognito mode, but I still can’t submit an appeal or start a live chat with support. Also "E-mail us" button was never shown up. I did some research, and some people said it might be because my email address ends in @163.com, but I’m not sure if that’s the reason. So what am I supposed to do now? Oh, I didn't receive a ban notification email either (Pic 5), but I do have a ban. I am not posting this to solve a technical puzzle, but to give a voice to devoted fans who have been completely locked out of the game for the past week. We love Apex Legends, and we hope the team listens so everyone can return to the arena. Nothing changed on the players' side. Up until August 19th, the game ran smoothly without any issues. The sudden crash loop, BSOD began strictly after recent EAC enforcement updates over the last week. Not every player has the financial means to afford high-end personal PCs or modern peripherals. A huge portion of the community relies on Internet Cafes (iCafes) or older budget PCs to play Apex Legends. Players using Net Cafes cannot update or remove system-level drivers because they do not have admin access. EAC is now misidentifying legitimate diskless boot network drivers (like CCBoot, iCafe8, or virtual disk drivers) as security threats, triggering kernel panics. KERNEL_SECURITY_CHECK_FAILURE PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL Older chipset, audio, or peripheral drivers on older setups are now triggering immediate system crashes. Please investigate what changes were pushed to EAC around August 19th that caused this sudden wave of BSODs. Net cafes use single-image diskless networks. Changing a driver for Apex risks breaking dozens of other working games across the entire venue. Cafe owners cannot risk business downtime. Older setups rely on specific, stable driver builds. Forcing driver changes often causes system instability or breaks other functioning software. Thank you for taking the time to read this post. We hope the technical team can look into this driver issue promptly so that net cafe and budget PC players aren't left behind. Looking forward to an official response or update!22Views2likes0CommentsStuck in '1 player in queue' when matching
Ranked and Battle Royale matchmaking work normally. Firing Range also works normally. However, Mixtape is permanently stuck at “1 player in queue”. This happens on both PC and PlayStation and has persisted for several months. I suspect an account-specific matchmaking issue. Please have the appropriate team investigate my account-side Mixtape matchmaking state. Hello EA Support, My Apex Legends account has been banned for 1 year. I never used any cheats, hacks or unauthorized third‑party programs. This is a false ban. EA email: [edit: email address removed] EA ID: 别唧唧咋咋 Ban length: 1 year My earlier appeal was rejected. Now the EA Help website keeps showing errors when I try to create a new support case. I have tried private browser mode, multiple browsers, clearing cache, turning off plugins and switching networks, but I still cannot submit the appeal form. I am an honest player who puts a lot of time into Apex. It is frustrating to get an unfair ban and meanwhile lose access to your official appeal form. Please re‑examine my account logs and match records, and lift this incorrect ban. Thank you.10Views0likes2Comments
