My account my compromise and now it have received a ban
During February 7 2025 my email got hacked and also my apex legend account. I only realized it after a couple month which was on April 20 that I have gotten hacked and after that I recover my account back. Mind you, I didn't touch the game or played the game during February and March but all of the sudden I have received a falsely ban on my account on April 1st of 2025. I feel that this is extremely unfair to me and I couldn't have done anything to prevent this. I also have tried to appeal multiple time but they all got rejected. I have downloaded my EA data to see who have been playing on my account and I see that there 3 different IP address playing on my account during February. They were from 3 different country that is Taiwan, Japan and Netherlands. The anti cheat recorded that they were playing during February 19 and 16. And some clip of me playing the game showing that I do not play with cheats email me if needs anymore proof at "[edit: email address removed]" Please help undo this ban EA @EA STAFF [Superuser Edit: Removed personal information and videos]
Crashing in BR only
The game is crashing in Battle Royal mode only. It seems like it just gets closed at any random moment without exception or error. There are no logs in the Event Viewer except 5 warnings from EASY anticheat: File System Filter 'EasyAntiCheat_EOSSys' (Version 10.0, 2025-06-25T07:45:25.000000000Z) does not support bypass IO. Supported features: 0x4.game froze in ranked matchmaking and i got banned for it
the game froze when i was matchmaking, only from my end, client-side crash, i waited in the matchmaking screen or whatever we call it for like 10min or more, the game totally froze and hang on me, i couldn't do anything except kill the game and re-launch it, then apex does this to me, can't they just check their logs or something for what happened instead of banning me for 10min? can't they link this to the game logs? just banning mem for fun? as i was supposed to kill the game, this is stupid from your side apex
Permanent ban
Hello, 11 months ago I was the victim of a hack on my PC by a Russian (I received an email changing my IP to a Russian one). When I recovered and secured all my hacked accounts, I realized that I was permanently banned from Apex Legends, a game that I particularly like. For more than 11 months, I have been fighting with support to make them understand that I did nothing, but always the same automatic message for each ticket. Please help me :(
I lost all my RP from a previous game.
At approximately 14:15 (GMT+7), me and my trio all got booted from a game we queed into because of an apparent anti cheat reason. Due to this, when I re-entered my lobby i realised i had gone from 400RP in diamond to 238RP, I had lost all my points from the game before getting kicked. I believe this is unfair. PC player.Will Flydigi trigger Easy anti cheat?
From what I’ve read, Flydigi is a legit brand and is highly recommended across the controller space. I just wanted to make sure that I wouldn’t be banned for using it. I know u can add macros but was just simply not going to use that feature. Nothing online states that people have had issues so I’m just checking here too.
