Request for a Final Manual Review – False Positive Ban
Hello, First of all, thank you very much for taking the time to respond to my message. I truly appreciate it. I completely understand the appeal process now, and I sincerely apologize for any confusion on my part. However, I would like to express how devastating this situation has been for me. I have been a dedicated Apex Legends player for years, with over 6,000 hours of completely legitimate gameplay. During that time, I purchased every Battle Pass, invested in countless cosmetics, and have never used cheats, exploits, or violated the game's rules in any way. My account has always reflected the behavior of a fair and respectful player. What makes this situation so difficult is that the sanction appears to have been triggered after I temporarily accessed my account while simultaneously running Visual Studio Code and VirtualBox for legitimate academic purposes. These applications were required for my university coursework, and I have already submitted supporting documentation to EA, including proof of my university enrollment and evidence demonstrating that my use of these tools was strictly related to academic activities. From my perspective, this appears to be a false positive. Since then, I have spent a month trying to understand what happened and gathering every possible piece of evidence to demonstrate my innocence. Among the evidence I collected and submitted are: EA DSAR logs showing normal account activity and consistent IP information, with no indication of cheating. Steam login records matching the timeframe of the events. Two-factor authentication enabled on all of my accounts. Proof of my university enrollment and documentation supporting my academic use of Visual Studio Code and VirtualBox. Years of purchase history, including every Battle Pass and numerous cosmetic items, demonstrating my long-term commitment to Apex Legends. Despite providing this information, my appeals have either received automated responses or standard template replies, leaving me with the feeling that my evidence was never fully considered. After investing so much time and effort into proving my innocence, learning that the decision is considered final has been incredibly discouraging. I fully respect that the case has already been reviewed multiple times, and I understand that you may not be able to change the outcome. Even so, as someone who has always supported Apex Legends and tried to be a positive member of the community, I cannot help but feel that I have never truly had the opportunity to present my side of the story. If there is absolutely no possibility of another review, could you please confirm whether this is truly the final decision with no remaining options? And if there is even the slightest possibility for one final manual review of the security logs by a specialist, I would be deeply grateful for that opportunity. I am not asking for special treatment or an exception to the rules. I am simply asking for one final opportunity to ensure that a false positive has not permanently cost me an account that I have supported for years with genuine passion and respect for the game. Thank you once again for your time, your patience, and your understanding. Regardless of the outcome, I sincerely appreciate the work you do. I still love Apex Legends, and my only wish is to return to the game as the fair and honest player I have always been. Sad-GhostZzMeu jogo não abre no meu pc
Boa noite! [Moved to apex PT.
