Title: Suspected Cronus Zen Cheating in FC25 – Case Ignored by EA Support Hello EA Team, I need to raise a serious concern about suspected cheating in EA SPORTS FC 25 and the lack of proper support response. Case Number: 222036682 Platform: PlayStation 5 Opponent Stat Example: 111 tackles attempted, only 13 successful Mode: FUT Champions Playoffs This tackle pattern is statistically abnormal and strongly consistent with Cronus Zen auto-tackle scripting. It cannot be achieved with natural human input and creates unfair gameplay conditions. Unfortunately, EA Support has only responded with irrelevant generic replies (lag troubleshooting, PC anti-cheat setup) that have nothing to do with my case. This is extremely frustrating, as I have submitted clear evidence. To clarify: - This is not a lag issue - This is not a PC anti-cheat installation issue - This is a fair play / suspected cheating case that should be escalated to the EA Fair Play / Anti-Cheat team Evidence attached: Screenshot of match stats showing abnormal tackle attempts I kindly ask that this case be properly escalated and reviewed by the correct team. I was playing Fut Champs and the player was using aim Cronus also PHY boost also I had no pace nor Any PHY or Defense stats Also Had GK hacks on the players gamertag is [REMOVED] I had to quit the game due to this player Cheating . Hello, I am experiencing the same issue with EA SPORTS FC 25. The game fails to launch and shows the error: Security Violation DiscSoftLTD (Daemon Tools) My system does not have Daemon Tools, SPTD, or any related drivers installed. I have already tried: Reinstalling EA Anti-Cheat Repairing the game Disabling WSL, Virtual Machine Platform, and Hypervisor Platform Disabling Memory Integrity The problem still persists. Hello FC MOBILE administrators, I am one of your players, I am having problems with my account, first I will tell you why I am writing this article. Today (August 25, 2025) I downloaded FCMobile on LDPlayer 9 emulator, about a month before that I installed the FCM version on my PC, then I was banned for 7 days when I entered the game, today I reinstalled and was banned for 28 days?, I am very shocked about this, can the admin consider this?, can you check the gameplay I have played, I did not use cheats!, please I really want to play the game, thank you for reading (this is my account: PhapSuChina at FCMobile version 25)
Flow launcher detected as Autohotkey and not letting EAFC25 launch.
I've had problems with autohotkey detection by the ea anticheat program ever since I once had it installed. After unintsalling the autohotkey program completely fc25 still didn't launch as the anticheat detected autohotkey running (it wasn't even installed). I went program by program and it turns out flow launcher (launcher similar to alfred or raycast for macOS but for windows) which is NOT a cheating program is detected as autohotkey for some reason and doesn't let the game run. I hope this can be fixed as I wouldn't like to be forced to close the launcher when playing the game. (I also want to note that flow launcher was NOT detected as auothotkey before autohokey was installed and I could run fc25 just fine with flow launcher running before) So to sum up a very simple fix for my issue is not running flow launcher which I will now do, however I see no reason as to why it'd be detected as cheating software and stopped by ea anticheat.I have been sabotaged by EA's bugs and issues.
Over the past 3 months I have been playing much more FC25, and have also been spending money which makes this situation all the more disappointing. During competitions like Fut Champs and Rivals, I have suffered from multiple different bugs, issues and problems with EA servers. I think that I need some compensation rewards or something as this has been happening for a while and I need something in return. Out of the bugs I have had these things happen to me: My goalkeeper will not catch the ball and will then proceed to kick the ball into the goal causing me to conceed and lose matches. My AI defenders have been bugging out and having a mind of their own and in some instances they will foul the opponents AI and then cause red cards and penalties which you can imagine is terrible. I will be running using a defender and the opponent will be attacking, and I will run into the player to get the ball, but it will cause a foul when I am just running to the player and not pressing any buttons, then in most cases it will cause a red card an easy free kick. There are more bugs but let's get into the issues. Issues: I have been coming across lot's of hackers which is just not acceptable. These hackers will give themselves free kicks, penalties, freeze my players, give themselves goals and even in some instances kick me out of the match. I think that EA needs to get a grip and fix this. Another thing that I have come across MULTIPLE times is EA not keeping their servers in order. Whilst playing matches in FUT Champs etc. the servers will kick me out of the game because of too many people playing the game. Don't you think that EA would've fixed this if they want more people playing their game? This issue dumfounded me! One last issue is that the game will freeze in the middle of matches and then will speed up to catch back up with match progress. This is a very strange bug and I have done multiple things to stop it. I have cleaned my XBox and taken it apart and made it spotless, I have also replaced the thermal paste to make sure that it isn't an overheating issue. I also went an bought an ethernet cable to make my connection secure but none of this has helped! This has been a major sabotage to my gameplay. An unrelated issue is my pack luck. Now, I know that EA tells you that it is completely random but either I have the worst luck in the world or something is against me in my SBC's. I have opened over 2000 packs including over 500 85+x10's and over 600 89 Exchanges and have only packed 2 99 rated players. I am losing it here as everyone I know has opened less packs and some even have 99 rated squads and I only have 2 99 rated *packed* players. What am I doing wrong? Should I keep on opening packs and hope my luck turns? Now, I think that after spending money, being a loyal patron and spending over 20 days of playing time on the game, I should get some compensation. I have chatted with EA help and support and THEY told me to take it to EA forums to make sure that EA sees my complaint and takes action and I am hoping very much that they do. I think that I deserve rewards from all of the champions weekends that I have been sabotaged on. Now, I am not asking for every single week to be recovered. But I am asking for some good rewards on my account in return for this. It has even affected my mental state when playing the game it has been going on too long! I think Rank 1 rewards are fair as this has been going on for months! I think I have said enough and action should be taken by EA Sports. Please help me this is a big issue for me. Thank You.
