False Security Violation error
-------------------------- Security Violation --------------------------- EA AntiCheat has detected an incompatible driver. Please update or disable 'c:\program files (x86)\evga\flow control\kernel\driver-x64.sys' and restart. Session ID: jHxhAyG3ubrxio27vM3KGPVLXLVlN14QTHexguLP5lWIHbac Press Ctrl+C to copy this information to your clipboard so you can share it with the EA support team when needed --------------------------- OK --------------------------- This violation keeps showing up and shutting FC25 down every time I try to play. The EVGA Flow control is my CPU water cooling device drivers. I have checked online on the EVGA website and there has not been an update since 2022. I would not disable this water cooling device to play any game as keeping the CPU cool has priority. Please could you check the compatibility issue. EA SPORTS FC 25 on Steam now causes a reproducible Windows blue screen on two PCs that used the game successfully for about a year. Both show SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION (0x3B) naming eaanticheat.sys. The failures began at roughly the same time. On one PC I analyzed four minidumps (10 and 15 September 2026) with WinDbg. All four show exception 0xC0000005 at eaanticheat.sys+0x18905d9 and failure hash {ba758836-7880-e66a-acd0-8452c9260e6f}. The driver image in the dumps is timestamped 31 August 2026. The faulting instruction reads address 0x30 from r14=0x28. I preserved the modded game folders as backups, restored original Data and Patch folders, verified all 54.6 GB of game files through Steam, and Steam replaced one failed file. The active installation had no mod markers or mods.txt and no Steam launch options. I also reinstalled EA Javelin anticheat and stopped MSI Afterburner, RivaTuner, and RTCore64. The next FC 25 launch still produced the identical BSOD. I will not repeat the launch until a meaningful change is available because each test forces a Windows restart. This FC 26 report shows exactly the same driver offset, instruction, and failure hash on different hardware after an anticheat reinstall and clean boot: https://forums.ea.com/discussions/fc-26-technical-issues-en/reproducible-bsod-caused-by-eaanticheat-sys-%E2%80%93-system-service-exception-0x3b/13702508 EA_Barry, could you pass this additional FC 25 cross-title reproduction to the EA Javelin engineering team and advise whether a supported driver fix or safe workaround is available? I can provide the raw minidumps and WinDbg output privately on request.15Views0likes0CommentsEA - Ban appeal process is broken
It seems that the TOS team has no accountability. Look at case #200839587. The original ban provided provided no justification on why a newly created account with a newly purchased game (FC25) from a customer that hasn't even played 20 games in total (XBOX only) was given a full ban. When a ban appealed case was submitted as directed by the KB articles, the request was simply "Declined" in less than 24 hours with no explanation on which term in the Terms of Service was violated nor why the review concluded that the ban was justified. According to EA's own KB article, account bans are reserved for egregious violations of the TOS. This means the EA agents should easily be able to justify the ban. However, the obvious customer to company (EA) service expectation ( to receive clear communication) is not what is being experienced. The designed review process provides no way for a customers escalate the escalation, no live agent to provide any level of detail of the review, and no phone number to call. From this end, it seems that agents can blatantly auto close their assigned ticket without a thorough review, which is what they are being paid to do. This process also creates a customer perspective that no accountability exists to these agents. Knowing how traditional help-desk jobs work, if agents "Decline" customer requests it will create an illusion that they are good workers with an amazing ticket closure rates. This is typically a metric that is rewarded and therefore highly incentivized by the workforce. This is why it seems that the currently implemented system is fundamentally flawed and should be reviewed by leadership within EA. This business model is NOT the way new customers should be treated. The system seems to be broken and should be reviewed so greater guardrails can be put into place to create a fair and balanced set of processes and to require clear and concise communication standards.6.7KViews2likes5CommentsTerminal Flashing Green and Red Screen Loop on Startup
Hello, I am reporting a severe visual rendering bug that has made my game completely unplayable. The game worked fine initially, but now it freezes right after the initial splash loading screen. By the way I purchased the game through Steam. It drops into a solid green screen, and pressing 'Enter' or the spacebar causes the entire display to cycle aggressively between solid green and solid red screens. The main menus never render. My Hardware Specs: GPU: NVIDIA GTX 1080 (8GB) CPU: Intel Core i5-11400F RAM: 32GB Dual-Channel OS: Fresh clean installation of Windows 10 Storage: Crucial P2 M.2 NVMe SSD (380GB free out of 465GB) Troubleshooting Already Done: I have completely reinstalled Windows 10, used DDU for fresh graphics drivers, completely reinstalled the EA Anti-Cheat utility as an administrator, wiped local AppData/EA App cache directories, and attempted Steam windowed launch parameters. The issue persists across a completely flawless, clean PC environment. EA Case ID: [Case number:-249530725]. Please look into this compatibility issue with Pascal architecture graphics cards. Thank you!43Views0likes1CommentFC 25 not launching
FC 25 installed via Xbox Game Pass on PC. Game launches to splash screen then crashes. Event Viewer shows EA Javelin Anticheat Event ID 1000, fc25.exe exited unexpectedly with exit code 0xFFFFFFFF. Issue started around 21-22 May 2026. Verified game files, reinstalled EA Anticheat, SFC scan clean, all drivers up to date. Valorant and other games work fine376Views0likes7CommentsNo ea APP error (Steam)

And yet the **bleep** error continues, even when trying to open it directly from the EA app.Solved177Views2likes4CommentsFC 25 won’t launch on Windows 11 24H2 – Splash screen crash, no error, no logs
