This EA account is restricted from accessing online features
When I try to launch FC 25, I get the following message: "This EA account is restricted from accessing online features." I contacted EA Support, and they told me to post my issue here in the forum. They confirmed that my account is not banned. However, the FC 25 Web App asks me to create a new Ultimate Team account, even though I already had one. So far, EA Support has not been able to fix the issue.
Cheat on PC Platform
They don’t just cheat anymore — now they can crash your game. I'm so tired of asking for fair play and clean gameplay every year. If FC26 is going to be more of the same, I’m seriously considering requesting a refund. Please give me a clear guarantee that these issues are being addressed, or I will not continue with the game. Are you truly committed to solving this problem? There are coin farming and black-market coin trading groups running rampant on PC. They’re polluting your game and ruining the experience for legitimate players. It's no longer just about unfair gameplay — it's a full-on attack on the integrity of your platform. I have been experiencing this issue for more than 2 weeks. I hoped the recent update would fix it and no luck. Things I have already tried: Repairing the game (multiple times) Updating anticheat with the tool, uninstalling it, reinstalling it (multiple times) Deleting and Redownloading Fifa (multiple times) Deleting and redownloading the EA app Starting the computer in safe boot and running the game (multiple times) Running everything as an Admin Flushing the DNS Disabling Firewalls Creating a completely new windows user and only downloading EA. This also did not work. Is there no way to contact EA directly? This is insane.
I won match in UT Champions and it kicked me out and counted as a loss.
I had won 5 games and lost 1 in UT Champions before this: So i’ve just gone 3 or 4 nil up against someone in Champs and i’m assuming that because of this new awful objective that requires players to stay in the game til the 90th minute to earn the objective reward, that’s what this guy did. He went afk but left his controller to just do ball rolls so he wouldn’t be kicked out for idling by ea. So i go and score a few more and win 11-0. When the game finally comes to an end after ages, it just kicks me off of ultimate team and when i go back on it shows that it counted as a loss and says i was disconnected from my last match. This isn’t true and it’s definitely not a connection issue on my side. This has happened to me before and I also know it had happened to many other users so why does EA not sort something it out?! So frustrating. Now I get worse rewards for winning 11-0 in a game. Cheers

It opens to a broken or incomplete screen where I cannot access any menu or settings. I have tried the basic troubleshooting steps such as restarting, repairing game files, and reinstalling, but the problem persists. launching the game, the main menu does not load properly. The screen shows partial visuals with no accessible options or navigation. I am unable to interact with the game interface or access the settings. --- 🧪 Steps to Reproduce: Launch EA Sports FC 25 from the launcher. Wait for the game to load. Observe that the screen loads without menu options and becomes unresponsive. --- 📋 Troubleshooting Steps Tried: Pressed Alt + Enter to toggle windowed/fullscreen mode. Tried editing or locating the Settings.ini file (but the folder does not exist). Launched the game with -windowed flag. Verified game files through the launcher. Reinstalled the game. Despite all attempts, the bug persists, preventing any access to gameplay. I would appreciate it if you could look into this issue or provide guidance on how to resolve it. controller freezing input lug -dont response to the comands
Dear EA Sports Support, I am contacting you regarding a serious gameplay issue in FC25 that continues to affect my experience. During matches, players often stop, hesitate, or don't follow my input directions correctly, even though I’m using responsive and fully functional controllers. The commands feel delayed or overridden, especially off the ball, and movement becomes unnatural or unresponsive. I initially assumed it was a controller issue, but I have now tested **two brand-new PlayStation 5 controllers**, and the problem remains exactly the same. I’ve also taken the following steps: - Cleared system cache and rebuilt database in Safe Mode - Reset all in-game settings and created a new profile - Adjusted controller and gameplay settings as recommended (Contextual Dribbling OFF, Auto Switching OFF, etc.) - Tried both online and offline modes, with and without internet - “Share Playtime Usage Data” is now ON Despite all this, the issue **still persists**, which makes it clear that the problem comes from the game itself and not my hardware. 🛠️ I kindly ask your team to investigate and fix this issue in a future update or patch. Many players are experiencing similar problems, especially with player control and AI responsiveness.I think this problem is because anticheat. I appreciate your attention and hope for a resolution soon.
FC 25 Stuck on Loading Screen
Hello! Hope you all are doing well,so i have got an issue with my fc 25 since i have downloaded it for the past half month where after opening the game it shows a flash screen and then the fc 25 loading screen shows up without the loading bar,where it gets stuck for infinity till i dont close the game manually... It would be great deal if somebody could help me in fixing this problem as i have already tried various methods but its still persisting...
