Missing characters
After the recent Taps update I am missing 10 characters and really want them so I can complete the game. I saw on another site the suggestion was to raise a ticket with EA through Simpsons tapped out app. I did this after a few minutes chat with advisor, the advisor told me to register bug in this site these are the characters I am missing are; Radioactive man Homer stone cutter 806 Mirrored disco Stu Itchy Hard plays night - Bart Homerplooza pop 2017 - Alaska Nebraska Heaven won’t wait - Marge A hard plays night - Bart Fears of a clown - Krusty and Bart The simpsanos- mayor Quinby fur coat
Locked out after latest update.
The latest/final update stopped me logging in. I’ve tried the usual steps: Updating the IOS Deleting and reinstalling Using mobile instead of wifi Installing on another device Logging out and logging in again None of it makes any difference. As soon as I tap to enter there’s a couple of seconds of swirly donut then the game crashes. EA sends me to these forums or suggests I raise a ticket in the game (the game I can’t get into). It’s bad enough my favourite mobile game for the last 10 years is stopping but not being able to finish it… so frustrating. Any help, would really be appreciated.
The characters are stuck
Hi. I’m new here, but have played the game for many, many years. I now have a problem I’ve never encountered before. I put several of the characters on a job yesterday, and they are all done. I have collected the money and XP from it, but they all go back on that job again and again, and are stuck there. I can collect money and XP again, and have done it several times already, but they don’t come out again. I have tried to restart the game but it hasn’t helped yet. Has anyone seen this before? And did you do anything to fix it?

Pls help
