Missing shop content!!

Me and my friend, who both started playing the same time are missing permanent premium items that should in the store:

These include:

~Buildings:

-Kamp krusty

-Film set

-Museum of natural history 

-Unfinished Shed

-Unoriginal Log ride

-The happy sumo 

-Preparatory school 

-Springfield Clamphitheater

-Florence of Arabia

-Rancho relaxo

-Springfield YMCA

-Vesuvius pizza 

-Malibu Stacy Headquarters 

-Stacy’s dream house 

-Powers house

-Woosterfield Hotel

-Powell Mansion

-Platos Republic casino 

-Springfield museum 

~Characters

-all characters associated with above buildings 

 

Me and my friend both have this issue and ea support chat worker told me to post about it here. Pls help

    Most of these items are in the vault. My vault still has a timer set to change in a little over a day. Hopefully it will change and you can get them out of the vault in the coming weeks
