"content updating" bug-gameplay is significantly impacted
HUT "Content Updating" bug-for 3 weeks now my game has popped up a "content updating" message going into any game, any store menu, and set screen, in settings it shows "new version available" but clicking does nothing except pop up the same content updating message. i've deleted and reinstalled the game, cleared ps5 cache, tried restoring license. my players stamina dies instantly, my goalie does not move on any deke move, skaters have their "ankles broken" every stop/start, every loose puck ends up back on opponents sticks, goalie will not tie up a loose puck in front of net.Não estou recebendo os recursos dentro do evento Farra De Guerra Da Comida
Dentro do novo evento que por sinal já está acabando (Farra de Guerra Da Comida) quando eu finalizo uma fase usando as plantas que dão tokens bônus, eles simplesmente não estão sendo contabilizados na minha conta, um exemplo e quando eu jogo a fase 10, eu ganho apenas 10 tokens sendo que a fase em questão da 15, e mesmo assim está errado pois eu ganho 70 por cada fase usando as plantas bônus mas não são contabilizados, na questão da fase de número 10 também tem outro bug, o objetivo da fase e sobreviver sem cortadores de grama, mas quando eu incio a fase os cortadores estão sempre lá, e funcionam, eu já falei com o suporte várias vezes mas eles ignoram dizendo que vão falar com a equipe deles mas nunca foi resolvido, e eu vou ficar no prejuízo sem os pacotes de sementes que eu ia ganhar. Se alguém estiver com este mesmo problema por favor me responda aqui.
The game won't start
Hi there, this game just won't start. All I get is a black screen and this thing that pops up (attached down below). I've tried literally every solution I managed to google. All the drivers are up to date—not only have I checked them manually, but also consulted a dedicated driver updated offered by my antibug. I also tried disabling one graphics card so my gaming laptop uses only the other one, but to no effect, let alone uninstalling and reinstalling the whole game several times in different locations, which I've also tried. Hope there is a way to fix this issue because I really feel like playing this game. After I switch off NVIDIA and use Intel only, the game starts and I can hear the intro music but don't see anything except a black screen. I get a different kind of error: LowLevelFatalError [File:Unknown] [Line: 258] Direct3DDevice->CreateShaderResourceView failed at D:/depot/r8branches/r8release/Engine/Source/Runtime/Windows/D3D11RHI/Private/D3D11UAV.cpp:249 with error E_INVALIDARG Another difference is that now the game switches off by itself. Back with the previous error, it stayed on and wouldn't close if I didn't use TaskManager.Pogo Gems/ Missing Energy
I used some Pogo gems to add energy to merge Academy. They offered a treasure game on the side, which I played and that's where I added energy to. It stated, "any leftover energy at the end of this event will go to the main merge game" The event ended with 2000+ energy left and I have not recieved any ov the energy back. Can I get this back, please?

Hello EA, I am on an iOS device, iPad and purchased Thanksgiving Fields today, but actually received a red lagoon. I didn’t notice at first and and thought the purchase didn’t go through so I purchased it again and saw the red lagoon go blank because I have purchased two. I got a second red lagoon when I tried again. I wanted the Thanksgiving fields and red Lagoon to complete the Black Friday city album to get Maxus HQ.
