I bought 2 coin packs which were never added to my account
it's just like the title said, and I bought 2 coin packs, one 20 dollars, one 50 dollars (because somehow I thought it would be a good idea after the first one didn't show up to by another), I have submitted 2 help requests, the first told me to wait 72 hours, which I did and the second said he'd put it through to a team that would look into it but it's been 2 more days since then and I've got nothing but radio silence so I'm hoping posting this helps in some way
Spiele verschwinden regelmäßig aus der EA App Bibliothek
Hallo zusammen, ich habe seit einiger Zeit regelmäßig ein Problem mit der EA App. Mehrmals pro Woche werden bestimmte Spiele plötzlich nicht mehr in meiner Bibliothek angezeigt. Interessanterweise lassen sich die Spiele wieder sichtbar machen, wenn ich in der EA App die Spracheinstellung ändere, zum Beispiel von Deutsch auf Englisch. Danach erscheinen die Spiele wieder in der Bibliothek. Ich kann anschließend auch wieder zurück auf Deutsch wechseln, und die Spiele bleiben weiterhin sichtbar. Das Problem tritt bei mir ungefähr zwei bis drei Mal pro Woche auf. Den Cache der EA App habe ich bereits mehrfach gelöscht. Außerdem habe ich die App mehrfach neu installiert. Windows 11 wurde vor etwa fünf bis sechs Wochen komplett neu installiert, ohne Übernahme alter Daten. Trotzdem tritt der Fehler weiterhin auf. Die betroffenen Spiele wurden alle direkt über die EA App gekauft, und zwar mit deutscher Spracheinstellung. Daher irritiert mich besonders, dass ein Wechsel der App Sprache die Spiele wieder sichtbar macht. Ich vermute deshalb, dass es sich nicht um ein lokales Cache Problem oder eine beschädigte Installation handelt, sondern möglicherweise um ein Problem mit der EA App selbst oder mit der Synchronisierung der Bibliothek. Hat jemand ähnliche Erfahrungen gemacht oder gibt es dazu bereits eine bekannte Lösung? Vielen Dank im Voraus.Vibrations turning off on controller
Randomly in online races, usually when someone in the lobby is lagging, all vibrations either reduce to a low setting or completely stop on PS5 and it makes the car extremely difficult to drive. A quick fix is to pause and un-pause the game, bringing back vibrations momentarily until they break again, usually within a lap. An easy fix would be to make vibrations client side if possible to avoid lag breaking them. This has been happening for the whole of F1 25, but since the 2026 DLC released it seems to have gotten worse. Hello, I’m playing skate. Early Access on PS4 and my game is softlocked on the mandatory mission “Du fun dans les vagues” at Blue Light Beach. I completed all the objectives (waves, ledges and benches), and the mission then tells me to “Return to marker”. The problem is that the marker either does not appear at all, or it appears briefly and then disappears as soon as I enter the green area. Nothing happens after that and the objective stays stuck on “Return to marker”. Because this is a mandatory mission, I cannot progress any further in the game. I have already tried: Restarting the game multiple times Restarting my PS4 completely Changing sessions and areas Waiting inside the objective area Starting other activities Deleting my local save data and launching the game again None of these solutions worked and the issue persists. Could you please investigate this issue and, if possible, reset or repair my progression from the backend? Thank you.Ultimate collection dlc
I have the issue of after downloading the dlc it caused my game to stutter, i cant earn money or progress to the next day or night and i cant modify my cars. Is there anyway to fix this? I have tried uninstalling the game and dlc’s and reinstalling, the only thing that worked was disconnecting from the ea server then i could use the dlc packs again normally
