Softlock MEGA THREAD
we've seen a lot of reports on getting softlocked in various points - the Isle of Grom Tutorial, various Missions and/or Challenges. the Full Circle team are working to indentify the cause of the issues and get a fix out as soon as possible, but we need some info. please reply to this thread if you're softlocked (can't complete a Mission, Challenge, or the tutorial) with the following info: Platform What MIssion/Challenge? If Mission, what step in the Mission? Username you're playing with (Gamertag, PSN ID, or EA ID - no emails. Infinite load screen on xbox
Game just sits at the screen with the dock and dude grinding the rail and 2 people skating in the background. Doesn't give me the option to que, doesnt show any type of loading. Just stuck here. Ive reinstalled twice, turned off my xbox and then restarted it after 10 minutes. Not sure what else to try, frustrating when 3 of my friends on xbox are in the game. It seems not buying the $50 founders pack was the way to go. All my friends who did not buy it are ingame right now.
Co op challenges not completing
I don’t know if anyone else is having this issue but with today having an update me and my duo cannot complete the co op part of the mission it will say 1 person has completed it but no matter what will not say the other teammates have completed it so we are losing out on pass tokens, I’ve please everyday since early release and so has my duo and we haven’t had this problem yet and I help them a lot with them being new to the game so they are just learning but I have also go onto their controller and done the challenge myself and for the life of me cannot complete it, it’s mainly the line ones that don’t complete and it’s really annoyingStunt challenge Holy Huck
I am pretty sure that I finished this challenge 100% with all goals, but since version 0.28.0 it tells me that the "best slam score" goal is not achieved. Even doing the challenge multiple times again with 100% goals (including the "best slam score" goal) the game does not register that I did it. Eu estava juntando sementes do toquinha no plants vs zombies 2 com o novo evento que está tendo, quando eu juntei 125 eu decidi comprar o pacote de 9 reais de 125 sementes dele pra completar mas quando eu comprei eu recebi uma planta aleatória que eu não conheço que nem tem um pacote só dela e não consegui liberar o touquinha, aqui está meu id e espero que possam resolver 😢Skate. When you finish the tutorial you are supposed to get a portal to San Van however I encountered an infinite loading screen and closed the game I reopened it and was back to the tutorial island then I encountered a bug on where the portal disappeared and I’m not allowed to exit the island.Slow-Motion MEGA THREAD
I'm getting around 60-80 fps in the game, but eveything looks and feels in slow motion especially my charachter. Game is stuck in 30 fps with low graphics, in that setting I don’t feel no heaviness. When I turn up the graphics to high, the fps also gets higher but the game becomes heavy and feels literally like in slow motion. This issue gets fixed most of the time when I enter challenges but after players spawn again issue occurs. _____________ Updated the title to make this a Mega Thread. Set status to investigating. We are investigating these reports, but need some more details. If you can, please attach video of the slow-motion issue in your comments.
