Crashing During Cut Scenes

Graphical issue
Hi there. I am having problems with Dragon age: The Veilguard - it is getting to a point where I almost cannot play the game. My EA ID is Sigidus and I play the game on my PC through the steam app, I do not have the EA app. I am experiencing severe graphical issues where I am getting these massive texture planes slicing through the environment as I move the character and camera around. They are both horizontal and vertical and are especially bad in the lighthouse, but I have seen them all over the place. The character is able to run through them but they are completely opaque. I have tried restarting the game and computer, adjusting my graphics settings to anything from the lowest to the highest setting and changed from full screen to windowed mode. I have also tried making new characters however the problem persists and the "walls" seem to appear in the same places. My computer specs are: CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-8500 3.00 GHz Installed RAM: 16.0 GB GPU: MSI NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4060Ti 16GB
Bug for conquest boss mission sector 1
I have tried this battle several times on pc and iOS, the result is the same every time. The battle with start with NS team (talking, OD, NSZ, AV) and marrow for the boss feat. The first few turns go as normal; however the first time I use Asajj’s buff dispel the entire client crashes on both iOS and EA client. I have wasted a lot of time and energy on this.PC (Steam) - Japan - Unable to toggle on/off clothes while creating a character
I live in Japan and purchased the game through Steam. During the character creation, I only have the options to show the character's shirt and bra/pants. There is no way to completely toggle off the upper clothes to show scars and tattoos. Anyone knows a way to fix this issue?
Sims disappearing
I'm having a problem with Sims in the My Sims Cozy Bundle game just straight up disappearing. Some sims can reappear only temporarily when kicking them out and moving them back in, but now it's got to the point where Buddy has disappeared completely. No matter how many times I open and close this game he's just wiped from my file, I even try to customize him in costume chest/salon chair/changing booth and the loading screen never appears, my sim just gets off the phone and the game resumes except I can't do anything because it's supposed to be in customize mode. Sometimes even the hotel is completely vacant for no reason, and sims aren't coming back home nor do they get visiters anymore. EA please fix this, I've worked really hard on this town and it's suddenly broken.
conquest Morgan Elsbeth armour shed
In conquest been doing feats and noticed the armour shred on Morgan's special 2 Let None Pass the armour shred granted at level 7 is not counting towards the feat Baskar Breaker - Attempt to inflict armour shred 30 times. I have done a few fights with the great mothers team where Morgan is in the team and got armour shred and yet when checking the counter this did not show.
