Softlock MEGA THREAD
we've seen a lot of reports on getting softlocked in various points - the Isle of Grom Tutorial, various Missions and/or Challenges. the Full Circle team are working to indentify the cause of the issues and get a fix out as soon as possible, but we need some info. please reply to this thread if you're softlocked (can't complete a Mission, Challenge, or the tutorial) with the following info: Platform What MIssion/Challenge? If Mission, what step in the Mission? Username you're playing with (Gamertag, PSN ID, or EA ID - no emails. Unable to login
I usually play skate 4 (skate.) on my pc with a controller connected and I have a xbox I wanted to play skate on but when I login it says unable to login we cannot complete this action at this time and I checked everything. It won’t work and I tried for a hour I even went on multiple ea websites I need help!!!Friend Requests Bigged
whenever someone sends me a friend request it takes a while for it to show up, then when i accept it, it does not go away from the request tab. if i try to click on it and add them still it says "Error, Failed to accept friend request. please try again or accept from your platforms friend management". i have found if i restarted the game it disappears from the request tab, but i dont wanna restarted the whole game every time i add someone.
Cannot export clips - disconnected
I can no longer export clips which is very annoying as I like to make them. I can login, connect, and start skating from Steam as normal; however, whenever I try to export a clip (after having taken time to keyframe and edit them..) I get this error: This happens after the count down: 3, 2, 1 - then the clip does not start recording and I disconnect. I did install protonVPN around the time it stopped working, but have since uninstalled that, reinstalled skate, and restarted my computer multiple times. PLEASE HELP!Script bug
Hello, I had a script bug and I’m stuck in the narrator’s voice where she says something like: “to help you find your way…” Once the narrator finishes speaking, the game takes me to the map, then it goes back to the narrator’s voice again, and it loops endlessly. I’ve already tried restarting my console, but the problem persisted. I restarted the game, same issue. I even tried with a second PSN profile, and as soon as I reach the same point in the game, the bug comes back. Please help me, I would really like to be able to play this game again as soon as possible. Thank you in advance.
Daily Task bugged: "Sequence with 2 180 Flip Tricks in Market Mile"
The daily task today, "Sequence with two 180 Flip Tricks in Market Mile" is currently bugged, no matter how many 180 flip tricks you do in a sequence it doesn't register. I've asked a few others and it's bugged for all of them as well. EDIT: Devs have already confirmed we'll be compensated for this when they're back in office in January.
Skate Donation Decks not appearing
Hey so I redeemed all 3 of the brand new donation decks. I got all the codes through my email no problem but after redeeming the codes they havent appeared in game. I tried restarting my game multiple times and even tried to redeem the codes again. They say "already redeemed". Not sure why they arent appearing in game. I was logged into the correct account for sure, maybe I need to wait 24 hours? not super sure but its quiet irratiating that I donated to every foundation and redeemed my codes just for the decks not to be in the game. Thank you for your help
