Game opens, Kicks me
C&C remastered both games open without a problem, once in the game if i press any thing e.g load a game or skirmish it kick me off the game and give me a crash report with goes on for ever, i have emailed EA and keep getting the same email from different people, which i have have and none of it worked. its not a connection problem, my drivers are fully up to date, i have tried clearing the cache, i have uninstalled the and reinstalled the game. it was running fine until it was not. i am running windows 11, Radeon 9070 16Gb, Ryzen 96000X, 32Gb DDR5. i have tried turning off the game overlay and its made no difference. ANY HELP PLEASE
C&C Servers Are Broken
This has been an ongoing issue for years, the servers that host Command and Conquer Remastered do not work well. A game might connect or might not. It might hang or not. As a community we have reported this for years. EA takes 0 action. I even went as far as to contact a very well known video game developer and he reached out to EA for me. Still, no action. I realize that old games do not receive the love they should and it frankly comes down to money and returns. Still, if you are going to host a game, try to give a **bleep**. Fix your servers. We paid money. We expect things to at least work 20% of the time.

Wir von CCLP eSports stellen inzwischen mehrere Tausend aktive Spieler in Europa im Bereich Command & Conquer Red Alert Remastered. Unsere Community wächst weiter und wir betreiben regelmäßige Online-Events, Ligen und Livestream-Abende. Aktuell stehen wir jedoch kurz vor einem kompletten Stillstand. Massiv instabile Server in den Abendstunden: Häufige Disconnects Verbindungsprobleme beim Matchstart Serverausfälle und Timeouts Laufende Matches brechen ab Diese Situation verschlimmert sich zunehmend, besonders dann, wenn der Großteil der Spieler aktiv ist. Auswirkungen auf unseren E-Sport-Betrieb: Wir müssen alle Livespiele vorerst aussetzen. Turniere und Ligaspiele können nicht mehr zuverlässig durchgeführt werden. Kurz gesagt: Eine komplette E-Sport-Sparte steht kurz davor, lahmgelegt zu werden. Wir haben regelmäßige Zuschauerzahlen im vierstelligen Bereich, und sowohl unsere Community als auch unser Projekt erleiden bereits wirtschaftliche und organisatorische Schäden. Wir bitten daher dringend um: Eine offizielle Rückmeldung zur aktuellen Serverlage. Informationen, welche Probleme bekannt sind und woran konkret gearbeitet wird. Eine Einschätzung, wann wieder mit stabilen Servern zu rechnen ist. Eine klare Perspektive für die Multiplayer-Zukunft von C&C Remastered. This message is for Electronic Arts - whoever it may concern. Please release Command and Conquer: The Ultimate Collection on GOG. I know many people who would purchase the games again, without DRM. You absolutely will make money by giving the players and community this option. I understand that piracy is an issue, but game preservation is highly important.
No online features - EA account is restricted
Hi, everyone. Everytime that I try to go online in Command and Conquer Remastered, I receive this message saying that my EA account is restricted from accessing any online features, as seen in the attachment. Already went through all EA Support procedures given by EA Help staff, with no luck until now. From 24 games in my EA library, this is the only one that is blocking me from playing online. No account bans (ever!), Windows 11 PC completely updated , as the drivers, no issues with my EA account regarding any other game, game uninstalled/reinstalled, as well the EA App. Any further help? Any suggestion would be appreciated.
no refund
I bought Command and Conquer Remastered edition. I could not get it to function. I asked for a refund. Then I decided to try installing in different way and so I went to my case to stop the refunding. Then I get a message that I cannot download the game because it had been refunded. Checked my bank, no refund. Where is my refund?
