Teammate became DNF instead 5th
i've had a strange experience in Career Mode . i've overlapped my Teammate Leclerc in the last Corner in Melbourne . Finished the Race for both of us and his Position changed immediately from 5th Place to DNF . Anyone with the same experience ? I'm playing on a PS5 Pro with Controller
BUG using [Custom Car Setup]
When playing F2 Career and changing the car's setup in any way BEFORE qualifying (manually in the car setup menu, by loading a setting, or on the track, for example, by adjusting the brake balance), we have MUCH more fuel in qualifying. If we skip practice or don't change the settings in practice, we have less fuel. In Monaco, we can have fuel for 15.8 laps (when changing the settings) or 6.9 laps (when not changing the settings, i.e., when using one of the 5 preset settings). For comparison, the AI has a fuel level of 3.5 laps. At different tracks, the fuel level in our car varies, but the AI always has the same 3.5 laps. This problem ONLY affects F2 QUALIFYING! (because in F1 we can adjust the fuel level). I noticed the same thing in F1 24! F1 23 also has this problem, but the difference is SMALLER when we change the settings in practice. To achieve better lap times, we need to change the car's settings, and if we do, we're penalized in qualifying (with a heavier car)! Similarly, if we try different settings in practice (or load them), we're penalized with a heavy car in qualifying! This makes the game difficult, especially in Monaco, where it's difficult to make up ground from the back of the grid. This requires a quick fix! Besides, the AI's fuel levels and ours should be equal in qualifying! Fix this in F1 25 and F1 24.F1 25 - lost crazy amount of experience etc from Practice Session (PS5)
I just installed the recent upgrade and fired up my current driver career - I was in P3 did the session and the screen said I perfected all 3, yet somehow I lost; -2,052 in experience, -3,412 in Racecraft, -1,970 in Awareness, and -3,838 in Pace!? That seems absolutely absurd for doing absolutely nothing wrong? I had no crashes of any sort, simply did the practice programme and that's it. Interested if others have had similar issues?
[Solved] Game crashes when loading save files with Jack Doohan
Hello. I have a very fatal problem with F1 25. With the removal of Jack Doohan from F1 25, I am sadly unable to play any saves that still have Jack Doohan in it. What happens is, I select a save file, and when loading into a race, the game is already loading for a felt eternity, despite me being on PlayStation 5, where it should basically load instantly, and then, after a minute or so, the game reads Saving Game, and after the prompt disappears, the game crashes, and after restarting the game, I'm back to square one. Do you understand what this means, EA SPORTS? With Jack Doohan gone, all my career saves are completely bricked, and the only ways to fix it is either to bring Jack Doohan back and keep Colapinto in F2, OR I have to wipe all of my saves and start from zero, including two Two Player career saves. This is an extremely fatal issue, and I don't know if anyone else ever encountered it, but unless Jack Doohan gets put into the F1 seat again, all my saves are useless, and that's sad, since I already got pretty far in My Team, and all for nothing. 😭 Please bring Doohan back, EA SPORTS. I really don't want to wipe all of my saves just to play the game. Even if you just add him as a dedicated free agent in Driver Career and add him as a free agent in My Team, that would already be enough to get my saves running again.
Sponsor decals can only be white on racing overalls
So in My Team, I've created a livery that is white and light blue, and I've applied these colors to the overalls too. Since the car has bright colors, I chose the black version of every sponsor decal, and that is fine. HOWEVER, on the racing overalls the sponsors only appear in white color, so they look totally invisible on a white racing overall. I thought that if I choose black decals for the car, those decals will also be black on the racing suits, but no. Is there a way I can change their color to black? If not, please consider to patch this, becuse the way it is now we are forced to pick dark colors for our car and race wear, and it is limiting the freedom in customization!Game not letting me save.
I’m having a problem saving the game when doing 100% race length on career mode. it seems to only happen after pitting, but whenever I save whether that be save or mid session save it doesn’t work. If you save it says failed to save and I can either retry or continue without saving. If you retry you get the same message, if you press continue without saving you go back to racing. If you press mid session save you get the same issue. When pressing continue without saving you go back to the main menu. When loading back in it goes back to the grid before the formation lap. If you press load it says failed to load. This still occurs if I save before pitting as saving works fine before that. After completing the whole race from the start again when crossing the line normally there would be a radio message from the engineer and the ai would take the first turn before the race result is shown. This doesn’t happen. When crossing the line all the ai slow as normal but am still able to drive as normal the only way to progress after this is to press retire. any suggestions or fixes?Save Failed after quali session and I lose audio
I just finished my Q2 session in Monaco after getting eliminated, and when I go back to the dashboard the game is telling me "failed to save, do you want to retry?" And whenever I click retry it gives me the same thing over and over again, I also had this issue on F1 24. After a bit of time I then lose audio of the game. I've been having this for a while nowCan't save in F1 25
Hi, I need help with F1 25. Every time I launch the game, it shows me the Terms and Conditions screen and the Features overview, as if it's my first time opening the game. After that, I get a "Load Failed" error. When I start a career, I receive another error: "Remote Storage Error", and I can't even save the game mid-session. If I close and reopen the game, everything resets – it's like nothing was saved at all, even though I accepted the terms and conditions already. It seems like the game can't save any progress or settings. Can anyone help me fix this? What can I do? Thanks in advance!
AI speed in sector 3 is insane
While playing Single Career or Two-Player Career, on some tracks like Imola and Hungary the AI sector 3 times are crazy fast. In quali I hit 2 purple sectors, and then lost by around a second in the third sector, even tho I didn't make a big mistake and thought i would certainly get pole. My guess is that their speed out of corners into straights is insanely fast, and it also happens in race. I keep up easily in the first 2 sectors, and reaching teh third sector, suddnely they blast out of reach by many tenths.
