Formation lap in F1 25
During the formation lap, marshals wave green flags and yellow flags flash on the steering wheel. In real F1, there shouldn't be any flags. This can be seen in the attached video. It also shows what drivers do during the formation lap and the procedures that apply. In the F1 game, these flags should be disabled. Engineering and Personnel Facility Recruitment Stuck
My engineering facility has been stuck at 500 employees for over 6 races now and my personnel facilty is only gaining 1 or 2 people here and there. I have not capped my workforce size either (screenshot attached showing this) and constantly been using the bootsted hiring rate owner activity for these facilities and the personnel activty for increased recuritment as well. Same with any dilemeas that come up offering to boost hiring. The facility upgrades are maxed on all my facilities as well. Race a single time against AI in wet conditions and tell the people that it is all ok. You should be ashamed, its been 4 months since game went out and it remains impossible to have a normal dry/eet gameplay. Such a basic thing!!! If you aren't capable of fixing it or you just dont want to, at least let people disable rain in their carrer modes. Its absolutely disgusting, im really done playing this.F1 and F2 car performance
The performance of F1 and F2 cars needs to be improved. The F1 cars need to be made faster, and the 2024 F2 cars slower. I'm including a table with the actual qualifying times for F1 2025 and F2 2024. The SI 100 times are shown next to them, as they are theoretically expected to be close to the actual times. It's clear that there are significant performance gaps at various tracks (Belgium, Qatar, Great Britain, China...).Grid walk cutscene randomly skips
I recently bought the game on steam and whenever I first start the game and go into a race whether is be grand prix mode or career mode, the track intro cutscene plays fine, the grid order cutscene plays fine too, but the moment they go into the grid walk cutscene (the one where the commentators are talking and showing the cars before the formation lap) after the safety car is shown the cutscene automatically skips (every other cutscene though like the celebrations and podium and champagne cutscene play like normal, it's really just the grid walk cutscene that skips). And I've tried every fix like unplugging different peripherals from my laptop to changing controllers and tinkering with the settings, changing refresh rates, lowering graphics, limiting fps and turning on vsync, turning of steam and discord overlay, turning off steam input, and even changing the commentator voices to no avail. I also tried reinstalling the game and verifying files with nothing changing at all. I've tried everything at this point and idk what to do, and idk if this is just a glitch with my copy, or is something that a problem no one just mentions. Another thing I noticed was that when I choose the F2 mode whether it's the 24 season or 25, the cutscene never skips at all and the game works fine again. And if I start with F2 and go race in the F1 mode after, the grid walk cutscene doesn't skip too. And, after that first initial skip, if I start in the F1 mode, it never skips again until I close the game and open it again for my next playthrough, and another temporary fix I found when I start the game is to skip the first two cutscenes (track intro, grid order), and the grid walk will play normally until I close the game again, and there are times when I start the game and the skip doesn't happen at all. So I'd just like to know what's going on, is there a fix for this? And if it's a bug... PLS FIX IT EA Report Code: CMXR-TXBB-BDMD-SCDGAI overtakes under yellow flags / safety car / VSC
I’ve noticed a serious issue where the AI can overtake under yellow flags, safety car, and VSC conditions without any penalty or needing to give the position back. It’s happened to me multiple times — for example, being overtaken on a straight under a full yellow flag, with the AI making a move as if the rules didn’t apply. No warning, no penalty, no position swap. Another clear case: in Career Mode, I exited the pits under safety car conditions and crossed the pit exit line about 2 meters ahead of an AI car. They immediately overtook me and never gave the place back — again, no consequence. This is yet another example of how the AI is not subject to the same rules or simulations as the player. Combined with issues like unlimited ERS, unrealistic traction, and no dirty air effects, it really hurts immersion and fairness. Hope this gets addressed — it’s a major gameplay issue.Character reset to default in 2 players career mode
After quitting to main menu from the 2 player career mode, the player who quits first loses his character costumization - no country, driver avatar, driver number etc... (everything resets to default) After going to the tab with characters customization, everything loads back as it was before.Career mode character keeps being reset to default
I’m in a career mode, and having made my character, every time I race or enter a session he gets reset visually to a random Asian looking default character rather than my own. This happens every single time I log on or exit career mode and go back on, he’s been reset
