[RL] Extortion/Scandals Turned off but still happening
I have turned off all of the Royalty & Legacy settings in game settings around Scandals and still they pop up. I testing in a mod/cc free save with mods/cc folder removed and I have never played with mods/cc in this save and still scandals are happening Also after not 10 Sim minutes of creating a fiancé for my Sim both of them got the Secret Witness sentiment. I tested by having my Sim have an affair and nothing should happen as I turned of scandals etc. and still got a pop up about the affair? See photos attached. Kits Disappearing When in Gallery
Recently, after the last download, whenever I go into the Gallery to look for a lot, build, or Sim. All of the kits are unchecked. I own every kit except the Sponge Bob kits. When selecting, I kept getting a notice that not all items were available if I download the items. When I checked, I saw that all kits were unselected. I clicked every kit and the message went away. I placed a lot, then went to look for another, all the kits were unchecked again. I removed all my mods and cc. The problem is continuing. I'm on PC, completely up to date. It keeps happening. Is this happening to anyone else?
Sim gets bladder thought bubble with no reason
Hi. I have exactly the same issue, but with a normal sim (not a fairy). My sim has several reward traits that completely remove the need for the toilet and other basic needs. Free will is disabled, all motives are full, and there are no visible or hidden buffs related to bladder or discomfort. However, the sim still occasionally gets the toilet thought bubble and the “holding stomach” animation, even though the bladder motive should be disabled. I tried removing all traits, resetting the sim, deleting caches — the issue still happens. Fully updated base game with all current packs installed. No mods in use during testing. Any idea how to fix this on my side? Note by crinrict: this issues looks to be related to the Danger Kit Formative Moment. Thanks to EpicOcelotMan08 for finding that. Items are getting stuck in the grab hand when moving from stacks to inventory
Trying to move anything between storage (ex: the fridge) and the sims inventory is moving the first stack and then automatically selecting another object in the storage. The next item or stack selected is permanently stuck on the hand causing multiple issues. I've tested this with multiple saves, and new saves. It happens in all of the old saves. In a new save, the problem does not occur UNLESS you go into an old save with the problem and then load the new save. The problem will then occur in the new save. Things I have tried. Reverting to an older save Repairing game Removing the sims 4 folder and allowing the game to rebuild it, then moving the old saves back. The screenshots show a stack of onions stuck in my "hand" and the floating second stack when clicking on something with the stuck object. You can also see it remains stuck when going into the game menu. This problem occurred in every scenario I tested it in, so my game is essentially unplayable, unless I just don't use the sims inventory at all. Edit By crinrict: Adjusted Title, moved to bugs Note by crinrict Possible workarounds to try Try clicking on an empty space on the inventory, click with the right mouse button or press ESC. Try dragging the objects to the world first before dragging into your inventory. Can only do one object at the time this way. Please do state the following info when posting in this thread. Would be interesting to see which users are affected by this. I was able to replicate it on a save with no mods/cc but it would be interesting if it happens to players that never had any as I can't duplicate the issue on my own save games. What platform are you playing on ? Are you using mods/cc ?
[LLQE] Regal Residence: Multiple Notification about Property Value drop/increase
Constant notification of "The Abrantes family's property value dropped below $250k! His/her needs are not as well met as before and will decay faster!" switching to "...value is now over $250k! His/her needs are better met and will decay slower!" Toggles back and forth, stalling sim from interaction queue - complete with confetti animation. Fixed by removing lot trait. [HCHSP] NPC Sims Walk in House After Buying From Food Sale (Patch 1.113.297)
I know this was supposedly fixed; however, it continues to happen to me with every sale on the Home Chef Hustle table. This isn't only connected to the "convince to buy" interaction, I rarely use that one. My sim is more likely to "brighten day" or compliment them to gain a sale. [HCHSP] NPCs use appliances while during food sale
When I am tending the food stand frome Home Chef Hustle, other townies use my appliance (waffle maker) that is on the table. I feel like this should not be happening? Cant place/Delete items in Build mode
After I place one item the next item I select won't place, it flips back to where it was previously, or is carries around by my mouse indefinitely. I found by clicking a different tool across the top like the eyedropper then going back to the select tool it will let me place another item, but only one. Then click on the eyedropper again and back to the select tool, for each item I need to move or place. Edit By Crinrict: Adjusted title to better reflect the issue
