Background from The Pinnacles disappears
Since the last update, I've noticed something that didn't happen to me before. I usually made my sims live in Del Sol Valley, specifically in The Pinnacles, and now with the latest update, the view of the city disappears when you zoom in, leaving Del Sol Valley's background unseen. Another thing, in my setting, the distance option it's set to 'high', which shouldn't cause the images to disappear when zooming in. It's really annoying since I have my Sims live there because of the city view, the background is beautiful and now it's not even visible properly.
[CL] Can't play duets with household members
My households cannot do karaoke together at venues. When I say households I mean two people from the same household, regardless of relationship. I have tested with multiple households and here are my findings. I used at least three different households to test. So two people living in the same house cannot go to Planet Honeypop or any other karaoke venue and sing duets together. I tested different venues because of old information I found on a previous problem having to do with festivals. As far as I can determine, my current problem has nothing to do with that as I have tested on festival days and non-festival days. Spouse and his wife - partner does not show up as available for duet. Took two brothers who live together and whichever tries to do a duet the other does not show as available. Took another sim and his wife from another household and same issue. Yet, I can take any one of them and click travel and select a friend or family member that does not live with them and go to the same venues and they can do karaoke duets just fine. I put in a karaoke machine into their house and they are able to sing a duet together at home. BUT, I took them to their friend's house who has a karaoke machine and they cannot sing a duet there together either. So the problem seems to be due to being in the same household. I loaded up older games, not saves, older games, and tested with sims who have nothing to do with my current game and the problem exists across the board. The only mods I use are Mccc, littlemssam mods through Curseforge and one venue mod by Zerbu on Curseforge. I did run a game repair. So the only thing I have not done is remove mods to see if the issue still exists. Not sure why it would as I don't use anything crazy and I will go out of my mind without mods to stop autonomous flirting and my butler from making infinite piles of clean clothes. I don't use any mods to get items for the game or aspirations or stuff like that. any houses or sims I download come from the gallery. The only mod I think could possibly be affecting this in some way is the mod by Zerbu because it allowed me to change a special venue type and turn it into a residential rental so I could put in the Sulani Super Yacht. I just don't know what would happen if I remove that mod and then load the game. So I decided to come here and post first and see if anyone has any ideas. I had zero issues with this prior to the most recent game update and yes, I updated all available mod updates as well as Mccc. I really need this problem resolved because the current game I am playing all of my sims are into music, art and karaoke together. So this problem just kills the whole game :( I appreciate any ideas and I will remove all mods and test if I have to. Just hoping not to have to go through that mess. Thanks! Oh, and I play on a PC. When two sims are cooking one will stop the other sim from cooking
My two sims are making cupcakes for their small business and I noticed my male sim saying he couldn't continue an action. When he stopped cooking the cupcakes my female sim stoped baking her bread and proceeded to pick up the bowl of her partner and finished his dish.Achievement broken
I'm pretty sure in-game achievements are connected to each save and not global. My achievements in game are global for all saves. In save A, I have introvert and loner and some other achievements unlocked and have 160 points. In save B, suddenly I also have 160 points and the save unlocked achievements when I haven't played there yet. I make a new save (save C) without cc, which I don't use script mods. Still the same. I play an hour later and make a new game (save) and suddenly my achievements are at 0 again and everything is locked. Then I go into save B and save A achievements are locked again and are at 0 just like save C. I close the game and open it again and go into save A first this time. 160 points just as it was. I go into save B and C again and it also turned back into 160 points. Is there a way to fix my achievements system or is it supposed to be like this
[BH] Employees disappear after loading screen
This is my first time doing this, so apologizes in advance if this is the wrong place. The bug I've run into is that as of this last update (5.27.2025), I find my Small Business repeatedly being emptied and treated as though my employees quit(one of the Sims in the household had a "No More Loyalty" moodlet for quitting a job). I tried a little trial and error, including repairing the game, turning off mods/cc, and trying in a brand new save. The outcome remained the same; - Start Small Business/Open Small Business Screen - Hire employees - Go into CAS or back to the world map - Reenter that same household - The Small Business now has no employees again. At first I thought it could be a conflict with mods, but even after turning them off, restarting the game, and starting a new save with a new family, it's still happening. [S] 'A Puddle of Fabric' floats on lowered platform/can't place diagonally
The 'A Puddle of Fabric' Rug from Seasons visually bugs on a lowered platform. It also wont place anywhere, even out in the open, while rotated diagonally, I have to turn MoveObjects on. I have tested: turning moveobjects on and off different rugs (this is the only one I've seen have the issue) removing mods removing walls normal size of rug, as well as sizing up and down further Like I have said, this seems to be just this rug having issues. But I'm just trying to make a comfy nook in a corner for my sim :( *in the video attached, the rug is sized down. Edit By Crinrict: Added Tag to Title, Adjusted Title
Cha Cha Mostly Tall Sliding Door Missing from BuyBuild
I wouldn't have noticed this if I hadn't been using it in a new build. The door from Base Game Cha Cha Tall Sliding Door (small walls) has been removed from the game. Is this deliberate or a bug. Screenshot shows the smaller version, the version that's missing is to the full height of the small wall size. Playing Deluxe Version on PC. Mods/CC removed following patch. [BH] Can’t open small business
When i try to click on open small business it doesn’t do anything. And i don’t have any mods installed. Edit By Crinrict: Added pack tag to title. Please add the following info when posting Did you build the small business yourself from scratch or download something from the gallery ? Did you build the small business on a lot that used to be a residential rental at some point ? Is this for a small business venue or a residential with small business ? Do you have multiple lots for the business ? Do you have other businesses in the household ?
