CUT Online Tournament Problem
I was playing in the 3pm EST CUT Tournmanet for 1050 CUT Points. I won multiple games befor getting to the semis. In my semis my opponent disconnected before the game ever started. I attempted to go back into the session but when I did there was no longer a 5-minute timer to DQ him. I left that session to rejoin it and I couldnt rejoin the session. It still says "match in progress" (which isnt true) and JOIN NOW is greyed out What gives?
Connection error
The game has been working great since I started playing back when we had the 3 day early access but today the game has had nothing but problems from lagging issues to now getting a message that pops up saying I can’t connect to the EA servers which in turn won’t even allow me to even see the loading screen. All I see is just a plane white screen Which is weird because I’ve never had this problem in any EA game I’ve played.2 Replicable Ways to Cause a Desync in "Play a Friend"
I am in a league with ~150 people on Xbox and Playstation who play entirely through the "play a friend" mode and have found that whenever a user attempts to use a custom playbook on both offense and defense a desync will occur, typically before the first play after the kickoff. There is no desync if only 1 custom playbook is used. Additionally, on two occasions I have had an opponent attempt to adjust the wear and tear substitution sliders during a game in a pause menu, only to have a desync occur before the next play. We really hope these can be fixed before our season starts because we log all statistics from every game and it is incredibly detrimental if we were to experience this error.Can't import Active Roster or TeamBuilder to Dynasty
This happened to me last year and it never was fixed. It's happening again in '26. I can't import active rosters to an online dynasty, or inport a TeamBuilder team to it. It just gives me an error that EA servers can't be reached. However, if I import active rosters to an offline dynasty it's almost instant. In addition to that, I can't use a TeamBuilder school for high school in road to glory. The status bar never fills and after several minutes it says server error. It's only every with an online dynasty or trying to import teambuilder teams. I've downloaded the teams, I can use them in Play Now, but that's literally it.Every online mode is barley working
WTF is the server so slow? Literally EVERY online mode is moving at a snails pace if you're able to get it to move at all. With all this technology, this should not be an issue. We should be rewarded with compensation pack with all this BS. We spent too much money for this game to be acting like this. Typical EA. **bleep** Ridiculous
