FC 26 SPLASH SCREEN CRASH
Hi everyone, I need help and I want to bring attention to a critical issue that EA Support has finally acknowledged as a server-side bug. The Problem: I bought FC 26 and played it without any issues at the beginning. However, for the last 2 months, I haven't been able to launch the game. Every time I try to start it, it crashes instantly at the splash screen and sends me back to the EA App. What I’ve discovered: It’s not my PC: I can still play FC 25 on this same computer with zero issues. This proves my hardware and drivers are perfectly fine. Handshake Error: After many support sessions, it has been confirmed that the crash happens during the pre-initialization/authentication phase. My account cannot "handshake" with the EA servers to verify my game rights. No Folder Creation: The game crashes so early that it doesn't even create an "FC 26" folder in my Documents. Offline Mode Fails: Even trying to launch the game in Offline Mode leads to the same crash, meaning the license token is completely broken. My Request: EA Support has officially documented this as a potential bug in my case notes (Case ID: 239359087). They admitted that standard support tools cannot fix this and it requires a deeper look into the account's "entitlements." I am not looking for basic troubleshooting steps like "update your drivers" or "clear your cache"—I have done all of that dozens of times. I experience a bug where my controller is connected to my pc and in fc i can navigate the menu and play squad battles normally with the controller, but when i play a live event, rivals or champions, the controller is not recognized, instead only the keyboard is recognized. i have had that bug since the start of the game, but normally only once a month, now i restart the game 10 times and only once is the controller recognized in rivals, this makes it impossible to compete in online games.12Views0likes2CommentsCE-108255-1 is NOT a PSN error – Edit Teams & Kick Off are broken in EA FC 26

Two exceptions: One thread was closed without engagement because it was written in a different language. Yes, CE-108255-1 can be a general PS5 system error. When I logged in yesterday I had many players and evos and other season premium pass rewards waiting for me. Since, I have not been able to access that part of the game for a while I guess it just redeemed it for me on its own. However, the there is one Evolution that I am unable to redeem and because of that I can’t open any other packs. I play in PS5 platform but I tried to redeem it on the companion app as well. In both places it’s causing an error to try to redeem this Evo reward from the season’s pass. Unable to connect to anything when it is multiplayer, have checked my connection to make sure it is not me. When I try to join two player career with a friend and multiplayer Grand Prix it just loads for a long time and then says failed to join session. Is anyone else having problems accessing the N7 HQ page? In Firefox I get "Http/1.1 Service Unavailable". In Edge I get: "Hmmm… can't reach this page The connection was reset." There seems to be a problem with every new account. Every time I try to claim a kick-off reward, I get error 10003. It gets stuck in the tutorial, leaving you unable to do anything except press claim, and the error keeps repeating itself. I've tried it on other devices, but it's the same. I was playing with a very normal ping of 44-46 ms on March 2, 2026. However, starting from March 3, 2026, my ping suddenly increased to 60 ms, accompanied by high latency and instability. I have tried multiple modems and different ISPs, but the issue persists and hasn't returned to normal. Could you please clarify if the problem is with the EA servers or something else?
