Unable to connect to online EA servers
Every night for the past week, I keep getting disconnected from the online EA servers despite being signed into my Playstation Network and having 0 internet connectivity issues. I can be signed out 15 minutes after starting up the game while doing the simplest of things like and SBC or just simply making changes to my formation/starting 11. Whenever I get signed out, I try reconnecting to the online servers just to get a message stating that it is unable to connect and to ensure that I am signed into my PSN and to check my internet. I am then forced to close the game, do an internet connection test to verify THAT MY INTERNET IS WORKING. Then I relaunch the game to either be met with the same message of being unable to connect to the EA servers and to check that I am signed into PSN and to check my internet connection. After closing an re opening the game, I am able to connect back and play for anywhere between 30 minutes to 45 minutes before I get greeted with the same **bleep** message that I have lost my online connection. EA, please fix you server connection issues. There is no reason that I should continuously get the same message over and over again despite STAYING SIGNED IN to my PSN account and my home network connection having no interruptions.FC 26 PS5 Online Friendlies issue
Me and my cousin were eager to play online friendlies and we don't know how many times we are trying, it doesn't allow us to play. It will keep on showing This game session is no longer available. No matter who invited or anything, it doesn't move forward from this issue. Both of us have cross play enabled and latest version of the game and PS5 software. What is the point of this game if it doesn't allow us to play the game we want. Fix this crap.
Online H2H In-Game Bug (Serious Issue)
This issue has happened to me multiple times. Essentially, after a kickoff or any play, the screen would be stuck on the drone view of the stadium, with no option to choose a play. The play clock would run until it stops at :01, and the whole game would freeze, with the drone cam still playing. You cannot open any menu after the clock freezes. Sometimes, calling a timeout can reset the issue, and you can keep playing, but most of the time it doesn't, and the cycle repeats with a new play clock. This glitch does happen more often when a player in the game is experiencing network issues, but it is still bothersome nonetheless. I have a video of the bug linked below. why is it every single night me or one of my team mates constantly gets kicked out the game or when someone tries to join the game it goes back in time about 30mins the game is absolutely shocking its been like it all year the only time it was even playable was before it got patched to deathMass Effect: Andromeda - "You are not allowed to access online features"
Whenever I try to connect online in Mass Effect: Andromeda I see the message "You are not allowed to access online features". I'm able to play other games fine online. I've tried clearing my ea app cache, unlinking and re-linking steam, and changing my dns settings. From what I read on the EA forums this is an issue that only EA support can fix, potentially by removing and re-adding the game to my account. While playing Rivals, the game suddenly freezes, then speeds up to 2x speed and returns to normal. The same problem occurs with the in-game sound, and my in-game ping fluctuates, increasing and decreasing momentarily. I think it's related to the servers because every test I run gives very good results.
FUT champions server issues
What is going on with the champions mode, is your server down for that mode? In every other mode I constantly get around 10ms ping with a stable connection at all times. But the moment I try Champions, the ping meter starts jumping all over the place — going from 16ms to 22ms, then suddenly 32ms completely at random — and I can already see only 4 bars before the match even starts. At that point I’m not even willing to enter matches like that, because if the ping meter is already showing instability before kick-off, you already know the gameplay is going to feel delayed and inconsistent. How come that at the same time I go to other modes and everything is fine? There are at least 15 separate threads about the CE-108255-1 error in connection with EA FC 26. None of them have received a meaningful response from EA community managers. Two exceptions: One thread was closed without engagement because it was written in a different language. Yes, CE-108255-1 can be a general PS5 system error. But in this case, it is very clearly tied to EA FC 26 — specifically to: Edit Teams Custom squad editing Kick Off mode (CPU vs CPU included) After extensive testing by multiple users over months, the pattern is obvious: The error occurs after heavy squad editing. It appears the EA FC 26 database becomes corrupted at its core. Once that happens, certain team constellations in Kick Off mode immediately trigger CE-108255-1. This is not random. This is reproducible. This is not fixed by: Reinstalling the game Rebuilding the database Deleting save data Changing graphics settings Clearing cache Many of us have spent hours recreating squads from scratch — only for the issue to return. This has been ongoing for over six months. At this point, the issue is not “lack of troubleshooting.” It is lack of acknowledgment. If heavy editing permanently breaks the mode, that is a fundamental design flaw — not a PlayStation error. We need a real response from EA, not a redirect to Sony. PS.
